You, I, We

I don't know what to say,
I don't know what to do,
To show you how much you still mean,
And how much I'm thinking of you, the boy I care for.

I can't say it in person,
My mouth doesn't function,
And texts and video calls remain unanswered,
Yet still I try.

Always on my mind,
Always in my thoughts,
Wondering what it was,
That ended what we had.

Thinking of the conversations we had,
On Christmas, and New Year's Eve,
And of chairs,
And when siblings hacked devices.

Wondering if you read,
And if so, what you thought,
Of the letters I sent to you,
The ones I poured out what I felt and what you meant to me.

Wondering if we will ever happen.
