Winter's Wrath
The wind is blowing it's frozen chill,
It's icy touch not a thrill.
The children are huddled up by the fire,
Longing for summer, their hearts true desire.
The crystal frost on every window,
Carried on Jack Frost's wintery rainbow.
Oh the force of winter's wrath,
A risky journey for all that dare enter its path.
The trees are stretching towards the ground,
The wind's anger whipping through them with a howling sound.
The snow on the hills, pounding out "beware,"
The snowflakes flying everywhere.
The blizzard goes on,
Swooping in like an evil white swan.
Oh, do you dare toy with winter's wrath?
A risky journey for all that enter its path.
