Is it just me or does anyone else talk to themselves when their alone outside or even indoors?

cuz when I'm alone I either talk and laugh to myself or I have a full on debate with my personalities or the voices in my head and I feel crazy even though 1. I fucking am crazy and 2. I'm just sad and  barely have friends....... Welp see ya
