Luna watched from the shadows at the 16 year old girl. She was proper and sophisticated and acted nothing like you'd expect. She was cocky, a know it all, and she was always in a goodish mood. She was nothing like her brother.
When the cost was clear so slowly walked over to Alicia. She knew Alicia and Alicia knew her. "Ali long time no see." Luna said her New York accent still thick. Alicia turned around surprised on who knew her nickname. As she studied the young girls face she realized it was the cocky twin sister of Racetrack Higgins. "Little Loony Racetrack. Never thought I'd see you here. What's up?" Alicia asked. "I need your help." Luna said her voice barely going above a whisper. "The Masons were killed last night by the Summers brothers, and they went back to the house this morning seeing my footprints, they know they missed a 'Mason' and now their after me. Everest told me to come and find you and that you could help me get back to New York." Luna said. Alicia was taken back at this but then she asked Luna a question. "Why are you here and not in New York with your brother?" She asked.

'After the strike, Roosevelt took Jack and I to the train yards Jack chose to go back but I came here, hoping that Texas would give me a better life but it only made it worse." Luna said trying not to cry. Alicia looked at her friend in pity. "So why did you come to me?" She finally asked the young brunet. "I need a way out of the state, once they realize I'm still alive they'll come after me. The only way for me to live is if I go back to New York, and the only person that can get me there is you. I know you and your brother are on bad terms, but think about Blink, and Snipeshooter, and Tumbler, he's your little brother, I know you miss Tumbler, hell I miss Racetrack, Spot, Les everybody. But think about it, if you go back you and Blink can finally be together again." Luna said pleading her once best friend. "Fine, but if Jacob drives a wedge between Blink and I again I'm blaming you." Alicia said venom dripping through her voice.

Luna was quiet for a moment, but her face suddenly broke out into a grin. "Thank you Alicia." Luna said. "Now all we need is a plan." As the girls came up with a plan, lurking in the shadows, was a figure from Luna's past. "Little Hope grew up. Now time for revenge." the figure said in a dangerously low voice. He raised his head revealing a face that looked like Racetrac, only older. "Time for my little sister to die." he said as six voices laughed from behind him. "If I know anything about my little sister, is she never leaves Anthony for very long, based on what I've heard, from my spies in the city, her and her friends went on strike, and she fled here, that was about two months ago. Her next move would be going back to New York. Come on boys let's play." Peter Higgins said with a deadly smirk.
