We were continuing on our journey to Lavarre City! Ash was going to get his next badge. That's right the Fairy Badge! I was quite ecstatic myself even though I won't be the one battling. "According to this map, Laverre city is just up ahead from what I can tell." "Heck yeah! Awesome! You hear that Pikachu?! We are getting closer to getting our next gym badge!" Ash was literally jumping around with Pikachu being adorably enthusiastic. I let out a small laugh as I read about the gym. "Ash are you sure you will win? You are up against fairy type pokemon." "Hey! C'mon (y/n) don't try to bring me down. I know we can do it! I can feel it!" He forms tight fists with his hands while determination burns in his eyes as he began to run. "Let's go!" "Ah, Ash don't run so fast!" Serena called out to Ash chasing after him with Bonnie close behind them laughing with Dedenne letting out a small excited squeak. "You guys hold up!' Clemont calls out to them as I grab his hand running happily following them. "(y/n)?!" I sent him a small smile as I continue to run hand in hand with the adorable blonde nerd. He lets out a small blush trying to hide the pink that spread across his cheeks. I couldn't help but laugh more as we tried to keep up with the others. 

"Let's try to catch up to them together okay?" "O...okay." He lets out a small sigh flustered and was trying to secretly try to hide the fact how cute your tiny hands were compared to his. They were warm. He felt like he could lose his mind but tried to return back to reality and continued to run with the adorable (h/c) girl. He couldn't help but smile at how sweet she was.

After that running fest, we had finally made it to... "Lavarre City!" Ash and Serena shouted in excitement. They had this big ball of excitement surrounding them. I let out a small laugh watching them gawk in awe like kids. "Me and (y/n) wanted to go shopping so you and Ash go ahead and head to the gym! Oh, you can come with us to Bonnie but only if you want to." "What? When did we ever mmph!" Serena covers my mouth muffling my cries as she lets out a laugh dragging me away to the clothes store with Bonnie holding my side bag trying to help drag me. "We will see you boys in a bit!" "Tata!~"

We had finally entered the store after being dragged across town squirming just to get into a clothes store. "Okay coast is clear." Serena removes her hand from my mouth. "What are you guys doing?!" "L...look we're sorry (y/n)." Bonnie nods holding my hand giving me a guilty look on her face. "Yeah! We are so sorry! Next time we will be sure to ask you." I sigh rubbing my forehead as I let a smile form on my face. "Okay. All is forgiven but may I ask why we are here?"

Serena and Bonnie looked at each other for a second before nodding sending me a smirk that made me more worried than confused. "You guys?" "Face it (y/n). You like Clemont." I felt heat quickly rise to my cheeks. "What? Oh you guys pfft! Very funny! Me and Clemont! Totally not gonna happen!" I tried to laugh off the butterflies in my stomach. Bonnie and Serena weren't going to buy it. "C'mon you can't lie to us (y/n)." "Is it that obvious?" "Only those oblivious like my older brother Clemont can't. Or Ash..." I sulk as I let my head hang in embarrassment. Gods I wish it weren't that easy to read. My emotions always get the best of me.

"So why are we here?" "Oh I wasn't lying about clothes shopping!~" "What?" "Yep! Now time to dress up!" Uh oh....

After about what felt like forever Serena and Bonnie had bought their kimonos. "Wow you guys both look so good! They even gave up head pieces and did your hair!" I took some pictures of them as they both smiled and laughed. "Well it's your turn (y/n)." "Oh boy..." "C'mon!" Bonnie and Serena both shoved me into the changing room. Here goes nothing...

I fix my hair and adjust my neck part flustered and anxious. "(y/n)? Are you okay in there?" I took a deep breath as I slid the pink changing room curtains open. "Oh wow... (y/n)? Is that you?!" "Yes?" That was more of a question than an answer. "You look so pretty!" "I bet Clemont won't be able to take his eyes off of you!" I roll my eyes at them smiling a bit more confident. "Well let's go show it to the guys!" I nod in agreement as we left the store.

We waited for Clemont and Ash to come out of the gym only to see Ash sulking. "It wasn't that bad. I thought for sure you were going to win." "I was so close!" Pika pi. Serena was in front of me holding Bonnie in front of her. "Hey guys!" "Oh hey there. Oh ummm where is (y/n)?"

"Right here silly!" Serena sent me a reassuring smile as she and Bonnie part in seperate directions.

[Clemont's POV]

Oh golly wow...

She looks beautiful. I felt my face go warm knowing my face was red. She lets out an adorable giggle making my heart race. "I heard that. Thanks Clemont. That is very sweet of you to say."

What?! I said that out loud! I was embarrassed to death! Oh no! Good job Clemont! You embarrassed yourself in front of a pretty girl. Especially (y/n) of all of them. She might be the prettiest. My heart is beating so fast. She pulls a strand of her lovely (h/c) hair behind her ear sending me a sweet, shy smile. She is making me go crazy! "Did you really mean what you said?" I nod quickly standing up straight adjusting my glasses. "Yes! I meant what I said!" I took a breath to hold my composure. "You are gorgeous."
