Hay all! Sorry for the wait! I lost my interest in the story an now it's all back! Here is another chapter. A little short, but more to come in the future! However because of the long wait, I'll let you know what happens previously so you don't have to read the chapters again.
Lucy went to Camelot to ask the King and Merlin for help, to save Narnia from the White Witch. Merlin, Lancelot and Gwaine joins Lucy on the journey and later to the day Arthur goes to their small camp claiming that Morgana's men were around. When the group of five tries to cross the borders of Camelot to Narnia, a poisoned arrow hits Merlin in the back. Lucy claims that she could no longer help him when her cordial did no good to him, and said that they should get to Narnia as soon as possible.
Well, hope you enjoy the rest of the story!

Arthur's P.O.V.
The group of five decided to leave as soon as possible. Lucy offered her mare to let Merlin on her back. The girl said that her mare was well trained to carry injured people as battles were once common to the people of Narnia.
Arthur was unable to utter anything but a bunch of thanks.
It has been ten to fifteen minutes of riding and Arthur felt a strong cold wind blowing through the trees. It was so cold that a shiver went down his spine, though he was dressed in armour.
After a few minutes they were standing on a cliff. Beyond the cliff, Arthur could see nothing but pure white snow. Under different circumstances; the Camlot's king might have liked the view, but on a rescue mission to save the country while his best friend was poisoned by an arrow, he was not.
Lucy lead them down through the side of the cliff. Half the way she stopped. She girl dismounted her horse got near a tree and touched the trunk, while the others followed dismounting.
"They are all silent" she said.
"What do you expect?" Asked Lancelot.
"They used to dance" the girl answered shortly. Arthur watched as her eyes became distant, as if she was remembering.
"What do you mean?" Gwaine for once being serious, quietly spoke out.
Arthur himself wanted to know the answer and looked at Lucy.
"I could see no animals, no tree spirits, as if they have all gone. I have no idea where the others are" the girl said, a mixture of emotions in her eyes. And he recognized one of them.
The emotion used to be familiar with him all those years ago. It was Hopelessness. And he had way too many experience with it.
Then the girl gave a small smile, which didn't reach her eyes. "I might have forgotten to mention this, but uh- some beasts could talk in Narnia"
If it was possible, Arthur's eyebrows would have reached the sky from his surprise. 'Beasts can talk?' 'What kind of sorcery is this?' He had never heard about talking beasts before and he had heard about many strange things in his life before.- A sorcerer vomiting out toads -for example.
Arthur was lost in his thoughts until Lancelot cleared his throat. "Ah- Lucy- talking beasts? What kind of animals do you mean?"
"Oh everyone!" The girl exclaimed, her eyes lighting up. "We have talking leopards, rats, rabbits, beaver and-"
"Squrriels?" Lancelot suddenly interrupted.
"Yes! How-"
"One squirrel has been standing there looking at us as if it had seen a ghost!" The dark haired Knight interrupted the girl again. "Thought you should know"
"What?" Lucy said and looked up as the others. Arthur saw a furry brown squirrel on a nearby tree. He raised an eyebrow not getting an idea of what was happening.
"Your Majesty" said the squirrel. Arthur couldn't believe his eyes and ears! He had seen magic, but not as strange as this. He didn't understand what was more surprising, the squirrel talking or the fact that it addressed him!
Lucy was the first to answer. "Pattertwig" she exclaimed. But before shs could go on, Arthur stepped in pointing his sword at the beast. "Who are you? What do you want from me?"
The squirrel looked puzzled. But then he said, "I didn't address you Blondie! I just talked to our good Queen Lucy"
Arthur was horror struck. He heard his two Knights' barking laughs. With his face red, Arthur looked at Lucy for answers. No one has ever called him Blondie! Not even Merlin! And what was that about Lucy being Queen?
The girl gave a hearty laugh. "Pattertwig! That's rude!"
"Apologies Milady" the little squirrel gave a bow. "But I bring news of your borther"
The girls eyes hardened. "What is it?"
"Your brother is injured milady" the talking beast said. "When I last saw him, he didn't look very good. King Caspian asked me to get you as fast as I can!"
Lucy looked hurt. Her face fell. She tried to hide it but failed. A low 'humrph' came from Merlin's horse. Arthur walked up to the girl an put an arm around her, protectively.
"What happened?" The girl finally asked.
"The castle was attacked and we lost. We flew to a cave, it was not very safe but King Peter got attacked on the way"
"Take us there" the girl said. Without another word the squirrel signed them to follow it.
The small beast lead them to a cave- or a set of caves. It was large and Arthur saw people- beasts that he had never seen in his whole lifetime. He thought some of them never existed. There were some with a horse's body and a man's upper body. Some with goat's legs and a man's upper body.
But before he could contemplate anything else, he was busy with taking Merlin off the horse. His manservant was trembling and his temperature was high that Arthur felt as if his hands were burning. He remembered something Merlin said when Arthur was sick with such a temperature.
"Your fever is so high" Merlin had said. "So high that if I keep and egg on your head, the next thing you'd know- is a chick coming it of it"
Arthur did laugh at that moment. But now he knew the seriousness of his words. What if his fever didn't go down? He quickly pushed that thought down.
Meanwhile Arthur saw Lucy running towards the beasts. The girl asked some of them to help him dismounted Merlin off the horse. Once his Manservant was taken care of, Arthur got near anothr group of beasts in a corner.
They all had formed a circle around what looked like a bed roll. On it layed a young man with blonde hair. The man was so pale with bags under his eyes. Bandages covers his bare torso and strains of blood were visible. His hands and worst of all, his left leg was bloodied but patched up.
The youn man gave a sly smile to Lucy as she approached him. The girl was joined by another young man with shoulder length dark hair. Lucy had tears in her eyes as she sat down next to the injured man.
"Stop smiling Peter!" Frowned Lucy. "Do you know how much blood you have lost?"
The blond tried to hold the girls hand. "Are you- alright Lucy? I was so worried" he said wincing at every word.
'Peter' thought Arthur. He was so familiar with the name. He had heard that Peter was the High King of the country- but then her brother-
The King of Camlot saw Lucy using her cordial to heal the young man's wounds. Slowly the wounds began to heal as Arthur watched. And the colour came back to the blonde man's face.
Lucy muttered something in his ear and the young man got up slowly. A shirt was handed to him and he slowly put it on.
Arthur took a good look at the man. The man looked the same age as himself, but his eyes looked as if he had experienced more than his age. He limped towards Arthur and said, his voice steady. "Welcome to Narnia Arthur, King of Camlot, Sir Gwaine and Sir Lancelot Knights of The Round Table. Welcome to Narnia! I am King Peter the Magnificent with King Caspian the Tenth and Queen Lucy the Valiant"
