Hi guys, you're really gonna regret hating Kate. Happy thanksgiving for those who celebrate!! Some drama filled chapters are coming up :)

Kate's pov

I sat at my kitchen table, staring at the food in front of me.

The thought of it makes me want to throw up.

I've been like this for about twenty minutes now.

Just eat it. It's not that hard Kate!

No, don't eat it. You don't need it.

Yes you do, you're starving!

I got taken out of my thoughts by the door opening, to my roommate, who is also my brother, Jacob.

He saw me and looked at my plate, and he sighed.

"Kate, I thought we were over this. You have to eat." He said, sitting down next to me.

"I don't want it." I said, and he sighed.

"Look, I'm getting in the shower. Please have most of it done by the time I get out." He said, and walked into the bathroom. I heard the water start to run, and I broke down in tears.

Why can't I just be normal? Why can't I eat this?

After about 5 minutes I got up to try and calm myself down, and ended up pacing back and forth, tears still streaming down my face.

I grabbed the plate and threw it, and I heard the bathroom door open at the same time, to Jacob.

I leaned against the wall and cried, sliding down it, and he came over and hugged me, as I saw the pieces of shattered plate all over the ground.

Finns pov

"I don't think this was a good idea." I said to Wyatt, who was in the chair next to me, after we got our hair dyed, waiting for it to dry.

"Definitely a good idea. You should have cut your hair too." Wyatt said, looking at my full head of curls.

"Never." I said, and we both laughed.

I looked at Wyatt's hair, and he dyed the tips of his hair a lighter brown. I went with purple for mine.

"Maddie's gonna love it," Wyatt said. I looked at him.

"You like her?" I asked.

"Yeah. She's hot, and she has an awesome personality." Wyatt said. I rolled my eyes.

"Don't act like I'm the only whipped one here." Wyatt said, and I raised my eyebrows at him.

"Millie, you still love her." Wyatt said, and I looked to my feet.

I don't know if I do or not. The little things she does is kind of making me like her more. She looked so cute in her sweatshirt and pajama pants, total nerd with her glasses.

"I don't know dude." I said, and he smiled.

"You love her, but you might not be in love with her anymore. Maybe you should try it again." He said, and I looked at him.

"Are you going to ask out Maddie?" I asked.

"Maybe. I'm not sure yet." He said, and I nodded.

Our hair was dry, and we paid and left.

Purple suits me.

Millie's pov

I'm sitting in my bed doing my homework while Maddie is doing hers in her bed, and we are chatting at the same time.

"I have a class with Kate and she's my table partner, she's really nice." Maddie said.

"Yeah, she is." I said.

"Do you know her friends?" Maddie asked. I stopped my homework and thought. I honestly don't think she has any.

"I don't know if she has any or not." I said, and Maddie raised her eyebrows.

"Well it's good she has Finn." I said, and Maddie nodded. I sighed and went back to my work. Maybe we should be friends with her. She seemed like she likes us, from that one time we ran into each other.

A few minutes went past until we heard a knock on the door. We both looked at each other, and Maddie ended up getting up to get the door. I went back to my homework.

"Oh my god what did you two do," Maddie said, and I looked up to see Finn and Wyatt.

Is Finns hair dark purple on top and is Wyatt's darker?

"We wanted to." Wyatt said, walking in and jumping on Maddie's bed.

"You're on my homework dumbass," Maddie said, and I laughed. I looked at Finn who was looking at my homework, and then met my eyes.

"Finn, can you give us Kates number?" Maddie asked, which made him look away from me and to Maddie.

"Why?" He asked, sitting on the end of my bed. His presence just on the end of my bed is making me anxious.

"We want to ask her if she wants to hang out with us." Maddie said. Finn raised his eyebrows.

"Uh, sure," He said, getting his phone out. I watched his every move, his eyes focused on his phone.

"Your friends becoming friends with your ex? Have fun with that," Wyatt said, and Finn snapped and looked at Wyatt. So did Maddie and I.

"Wait you and Kate broke up?" Maddie asked Finn. Finn didn't say anything, he had his mouth open like he was trying to think of what to say.

"Wait Finn you haven't told them?" Wyatt asked.

"Yeah, we broke up yesterday. But we are on good terms." Finn said. I nodded, and so did Maddie.

"So we want to hang out with her, so can you give us her number?" Maddie asked. Finn nodded and told us her number.

"Maddie I have to show you something." Wyatt asked.

"What?" Maddie asked, and then was suddenly getting lead out of the room by Wyatt, and I heard the door slam, and it was just Finn and I.

I looked at him on the end of my bed, and he turned to face me, then looked at my homework.

"Need any help?" He asked.

"I'm kinda confused on how to solve the equation." I said, and I turned my papers so he could see them. He was looking over them, and I couldn't help but to stare at him.

"You got them all right," He said, and I furrowed my eyebrows and looked at them.

"I did?" I questioned, mostly myself.

"Yeah." He said, and I smiled.

"Dang, that's a shocker," I said, and he smiled.

"You're smart, Millie." He said, and our eyes met. We kept the eye contact for a while when I saw his eyes flicker down to my lips, but quickly looked behind us when we heard the door open.

"Yo, come on, we just found out about a party that's going on." Maddie said, and I groaned.

"You have to go to at least one party. Both of you." She said, and I looked down.

"Fine," I said, getting up. Finn went back to his dorm to get ready, and I went to my closet to find something to wear.

"What were you and Finn doing?" Maddie asked, and I smiled.

"He was just helping me with my homework." I said, and she smirked.

"Finn and I aren't getting together again, if you think that's what's happening." I said, and she groaned.

I picked out a pink sweater and a black skater skirt, because they are cute and comfortable at the same time.

"Let's go, Wyatt and Finn left a couple minutes ago." Maddie said, and we walked out the dorm to go to the party.

Let's just hope it's a good first party.
