Being pregnant was not the most pleasant thing in the world, Hermione knew that already. At least this time around she knew what to expect but they also had to be taking care of James at the same time.

She did have a friend who was pregnant but Astoria was a few months ahead and all the way in France. Draco had sent letters to Blaise and Pansy about Astoria getting a bit ill during her pregnancy and Pansy happened to tell Ron who told Hermione and Harry. She hoped her friend wouldn't have any trouble with the baby. A few months after Scorpius Hyperion Malfoy was born, he was a healthy baby but Astoria was still feeling a bit ill. Hermione wanted to help her so desperately but being so far away and pregnant with her own baby she couldn't.

James grew curious of Hermione's stomach more and more. They explained he was going to be a big brother and placed him on their bed so he could feel the baby kick. Harry thought it was the cutest thing ever, it would be a lie if he said he didn't take pictures.

"Harry you don't need to massage my feet." Hermione insisted thst night.

Harry pouted, "sorry I just really want to help you. You have to not only take care of yourself but also the incoming baby and James while I'm at work. I feel like I don't do enough"

Hermione smiled gently, "Harry you are always so helpful and I appreciate everything you do. You have school tomorrow so please just sleep, that will help me calm more than you staying up to give me a foot massage."

Harry nodded sleepily, "I love you Mione."

Hermione placed a gentle hand on his cheek, "and I love you Harry."

He leaned down kissing her stomach gently then claimed up thst bed to lay next to her to kiss her properly. "if you need anything wake me up."

Harry had set the baby down for a nap, a whole day of gardening had tired poor James. He walked back into their room and found Hermione getting ready for a bath. She smiled, "want to join me?"

Harry grinned, "I'd love to. We have enough time for a nice relaxing bath, the baby is asleep."

They got into the bath, Harry had made placed candles and turned off the lights for them. He always tried to pay attention to little details that would make things just better.

Hermione smiled leaning back to relax against her husband. She loved all types of intimate moments with him, the sexual kind and the more sensual kind where they just held each other or enjoyed each other's company.

Harry kissed the top of her head admiring everything about his wife. Hermione was intelligent, kind, sweet, and gorgeous. He would always love any curve of her body, every little detail, every bumb and hair and the the wrinkles. He thought back to when they finally admitted their feelings for each other, how far they have come.

After a while Harry helped her get out of the bath carefully. As they got dressed her face paled, "Harry I think the baby is coming."

Harry panicked, the pregnancy was supposed to last at least two more weeks. He quickly casted a patronus to Ginny and Blaise who appeared in a matter of seconds so they could take care of James as he took Hermione to the hospital.

Both parents were beyond worried, the baby was coming early and it was new to them.

The doctor quickly casted a spell to diagnose Hermione, "Mrs.Potter the baby might have to be born through a ceaserean."

Hermione looked at Harry worried but nodded understanding.

After the procedure Hermione held her new born baby, Albus, in her arms, he was smaller than James had been with noticeable differences. The doctor took time explaining everything that was going to possibly happen. She was going to have to spend 2 to 4 days in the hospital and after that a midwife was going to help her with everything she needed to know.

After a while Hermione was given a potion to help her recover and they let both her and the baby rest.

Harry had to leave to check on James, he was going to have to figure something out in order to check up on Hermione, Albus and James and still be at Hogwarts.

Even with ginny offering to help it was going to be though.
