—3 year time skip-

It had been exactly three years since I had moved in with the love of my life and only three months since we had started building our life togethers.

Right now, Jin and I were expecting our first child and we couldn't be more excited.

So much had happened in these past three years that I still couldn't believe it some times.

It didn't matter though because I was so unbelievably happy that no matter what life threw at us, I would take it.

Everything was perfect and once our little baby arrived, I just knew things would get even better.

"I bet you twenty dollars it's a boy!" Namjoon beams as he waves his money in the air.

"No way, it's totally a girl, right y/n?" Jungkook says, nudging me slightly.

I look over at Jin who's smiling down at my stomach.

"It doesn't matter because we'll love them regardless." Jin says, his words so full of love.

I couldn't help but to feel my heart warm. I was so in love with this man that sometimes it physically hurt.

"I still say it's a boy." Namjoon huffs as he slides his money back into his pocket and stuffs a piece of cake into his mouth.

"Wait, no! That's the-" but it was too late.

By then, Namjoon's whole entire mouth was covered in bright blue frosting.

"Oh my god." I hear Yoongi say, half annoyed at Namjoon's actions but also in shock.

"What?" Namjoon asks, before moving his hands to wipe his mouth.

When he looks down at his hands, his eyes widen, then he flashes the biggest smile ever.

"I told you it was a boy!" He cheers.

Jin and I burst out laughing and I even start crying at the same time.

Jin picks me up and spins me around while our friends and family around us all cheers for our soon to be baby boy.

When Jin sets me down, I can see tears in his eyes but the biggest smile ever on his lips.

I could feel the joy and love rolling off of him like a giant wave.

Right now I couldn't be happier.

Everything was as I had always hoped my life would be and I was so glad to be experiencing it with the love of my life.

Although Jin and I have had our ups and downs, it was all in the past now and we were more then excited to start this new chapter of our lives.

I was the happiest I had ever been and I was so damn in love with this amazing man beside me.

I couldn't wait to see what life had in store for us and our child. I knew it would all be so amazing and I was looking forward to every single moment of it.

"Well, let's dig in!" Namjoon cheers as he goes in for a second piece of cake.

The room was full of all of the amazing and wonderful people in our lives and I couldn't wait for them to be important people in our child's life as well.

No one knows exactly what the future holds, but damn was I excited to find out.

As long as I have Jin, our amazing friends and family, and our soon to be son by my side, I just knew life would be absolutely amazing and I was looking forward to whatever came next.

In the end, everything happened for a reason and it all led me to where I am now, and I wouldn't want it any other way.
