The lights surrounding Paisley were dimmed and the pyramids that would light up the night with their purple glow were changed to white like Prince requested in the memory of his grandchild. Tony sat and waited at the doors of Paisley checking his watch and trying to keep his hands busy by playing with his keys. While looking out the window he noticed headlights approaching the gates. His immediate instinct was to radio down to the desk and open the gates.
"Hey Will it's Tony. Open the gates Andre is here." He said over the tiny speaker in his hand.
"Roger that Tony. Andre's pulling in. He said that he'll give you a tip when he gets to the door."
Tony smiled and shook his head because he was very well aware of the Andre and his tricks..
"Copy that Will." He replied then sticking his radio back onto his belt.
It was almost on cue that Andre pulled up to the door and turned off the car while Tony held the door open for him.
"Hey man! What's going on over there? Staff is over here freaking out and asking me questions that I don't have answers to! I don't know what to say to keep everybody from thinking something bad happened to Carly! What's up?" Tony stated to Andre as he got out of the car and walked up to the building pushing passed him.
"Just tell them that Carly is alright for the time being. Where is she?"
"Tori? I guess she's in the living suite. Why? What happened?"
Tony was growing more and more concerned and was desperate to know how she was doing. He had always loved Carlyn like a little sister and had been worried about her ever since she was taken away by the ambulance. Andre didn't want to go into all the details right away but considering that she was like his family he gave him the information that everyone received back at the hospital.
"Carly is awake and they were about to move her into a room out of recovery so she can rest. She had to deliver early though. One of the babies didn't make it. She.....she had lost a lot of blood."
Tony looked like he was ready to break down and cry.
"She was having twins?!?!? Well what about the other baby?"
"The doctors have been trying to keep her stabilized but.....she's not one hundred percent cleared to be in the nursery yet."
The anger in Andre's voice was apparent as he spoke of the events that took place after Carlyn tried to attack Tori. He was recalling the moment that he had to get Carlyn out of the way from being kicked. The knot of guilt began to form as he thought that maybe he could have been the cause of her current condition.
"I wonder if I took her down harder than I thought." He said.
"Wait.....your the one that tackled Carly?" Tony asked surprised.
"I was trying to keep her from getting a heel to the stomach. I don't know if I hit her too hard but I just pray that I didn't."
"Nah I'm sure you didn't do anything. Don't go getting all emotional and blaming yourself. I'm curious though....what does Tori have to do with all of this? I mean I was never a fan of her anyway but....why are you here handling this?"
Andre just smiled and tossed Tony his keys.
"Third floor right? I know she's still here and I don't wanna give myself away." He said.
"Hey man I don't wanna be witness to a murder!" Tony shouted to him as Andre sprinted up the main stairs and began his search for Tori.
As Andre was walking the halls he had stopped at the door to the nursery which was still a work in progress and noticed something strange. The door knob was turned down and the door itself looked as if it was propped open. He slowly walked up to the door and pushed it open to find it dark and the smell of paint hit him like a ton of bricks.
"This paint should have dried weeks ago." He said to himself.
Andre went and pushed the door all the way open and turned on the light to find the room was covered in paint from the walls to the floor. Even the baby furniture was drenched in paint.
"Damn!" He whispered angrily to himself.
Andre turned out the light and closed the door and ran down the hall to the elevator.
"It's time for this girl to go." He said just as the doors came open.
Andre stepped inside and up to the third floor he went. Once he got there Andre went down to the master suite and burst through the door. Tori was sitting in the window looking at a file and the sound of the door slamming against the wall scared her so bad that it made her scream out loud.
"Andre! Wha- what are you doing here!?!?!" She said as she tried to catch her breath and calm down.
"You need to leave! Now!" He said to her angrily.
Tori looked at Andre as if he had lost his mind.
"Shouldn't your friend be telling me this and not you? What are you his errand boy?" She scoffed at him.
"No I'm his friend. A loyal one at that. Something I know you're not and haven't been."
Tori's eyes got big. She felt as if he knew all of her secrets.
"I don't know what you're talking about." He huffed as she sat back down.
"Yeah ya do. Don't play games Tori. Prince told me about you foolin' around on him. You can't hide the truth. Especially now that you decided to ruin the nursery."
"I did no such thing!"
"Really? So how did all that paint get everywhere. Nobody else could have done it by you! I know how you feel about Carly and Prince should have never married you. You're nothing but a selfish vindictive bitch."
"I'm a bitch? That's the best you're going with?" She laughed.
"I'm not going with anything. It's just what you are. If you won't leave willingly it's gonna be a problem."
"What are you gonna do? Drag me out?" Tori hissed at him.
"No. I won't be the one doing anything. Prince will. That is.....with a few extra hands now that Carlyn and her child are fighting for their lives."
Andre glared at Tori as her facial expressions never once changed when it came to Carlyn. Tori claimed no guilt to what had happened and she was perfectly fine with being in Paisley Park alone. Andre walked out of the room leaving the door open behind him. Tori shook her head and decided to take a shower and continue to enjoy living in luxury while Prince was away. Five minutes had gone by and Tori was deep into relaxation as the water ran over her body. Another ten minutes had gone by when the water ran cold and Tori got out of the shower and sashayed to the closet to get dressed. Unknowing to her two figures moved silently in the bedroom inching closer and closer to the closet door. The only light to guide them was just in front of them. When they heard her coming the two figures stopped and the lights went out. The flickering candles showed Tori what she was facing and it freaked her out a little.
"Who the hell are you and why are you in my room?" She asked.
The strange figures never spoke. They only moved closer to her.
"Ok you need to leave. This is some sick joke that Andre put together to scare me and it's not working."
"No. We're not leaving. But you are." One of the figures in the dark said.
One had the voice of a woman that she never heard before. The only quickly rushed at her and forced her out of the room. The three of them headed down the three flights of stairs and down to the lobby carrying Tori kicking and screaming out of the doors of Paisley and out into the parking lot. One figure opened the back passenger door while the other shoved Tori in the back seat. Tori screamed and yelled for help but one of the figures dressed in all black pulled out a small blue rag that was drenched in chloroform slid in the back and pushed it aggressively against her face and she wailed. Soon Tori stopped screaming and went limp in the back seat. The being got out and closed the door.
"So what do we do with her?" The female asked.
"I don't know! Maybe we should chop her up and dump her body in the woods." The figure which was also a female joked.
The two females took off their hoods and black masks revealing themselves just as Andre showed up from behind the bushes.
"Nice job girls! Now Prince said she just wanted her out so I guess we should take her to a hotel and leave her there."
"Stop being so nice Dre. She needs to be left in somebody's ditch after what she did to my niece!" Cat snapped.
"I agree! How sad about the nursery. That was just wrong." Rene replied.
"Well let's just get her out of here P will be back soon."
The threes of them got in the car and left the ground of Paisley Park with Tori passed out in the back seat. They weren't sure where they were going to take her so they drove until they decided to leave her on a park bench on the outskirts of Minneapolis.
