Chi's eyes opened sharply and she sat up. She looked around and saw that she was alone in her room, so what had woken her up? She couldn't help but shake the feeling that something was wrong. It was still very dark out, it must have been about midnight. She hadn't been asleep long and it was also raining very heavily. Had the rain woken her up? No she sensed something else was wrong, what was it? Her mind instantly travelled to Yui who was sleeping in the next room. The two hadn't seen each other since their fight not too long ago. Chi sighed and got up out of her bed and left her room. The house was rather silent, everyone was probably in bed. She moved to Yui's door and opened it. She just wanted to check if she was alright, she didn't want to knock and wake her up. Chi stuck her head into the room and saw that Yui's bed was empty and the window was open. The cold night air poured into the room. Chi panicked and ran to the window and looked out of it. She couldn't she Yui out there, where had she gone? This must have been why she woke up but was it even possible for her to know when Yui was in trouble like that? She had to find Yui. Chi rushed back out of the room and wondered down the halls. She walked all the way around the mansion, being as quiet as she could but she still couldn't find Yui anywhere. There was one room with the door slightly open, it was a room that Chi had not been in before but she heard soft sobbing coming from inside. It didn't sound like Yui but she had to check it they were okay. She gently knocked on the door.

"Hello? Is everything okay in there?" Chi asked softly. There was no response and Chi wondered if she should maybe just walk in, but she stopped herself. That would be rude, this might be one of the brothers rooms. Chi sighed and then she felt someone grab her wrist and pull her inside the room. It was dark inside the room, lit only by dim candle light she heard the door slam shut behind her and when she turned around she saw Kanato stood there. Tears were pouring down his face and Teddy was not in his arms. Chi looked around the room and saw Teddy sat abandoned in the corner of the room. Kanato then pulled her into a tight hug which shocked Chi. She didn't understand what was happening.

"Don't...leave me. Stay...please...stay." Kanato said quietly.

"Kanato what's wrong?"

"I'm cold, so cold." Chi did notice that he was much colder than he normally was. "Don't go." He said again. Chi frowned, she was torn. She needed to find Yui she had a feeling that her sister was in trouble but then again she had never seen Kanato like this. She didn't want to admit it but she kind of liked the fact that he was clinging to her like this. Chi hugged him back.

"Okay, I won't leave I'm right here." She said stroking his hair softly. "Kanato did something happen?" She saw him glance over at Teddy.

"Such things aren't enough...that's why when it rains I get cold...when will I be free?" He asked her.

"Free of what?" Chi asked.

"Can you warm me up Chi? Please, I'm so cold. Even if it's just a little, I need warmth." He said ignoring her question.

"Okay, let's go and get some blankets, that will warm you up."

"No it's not enough. They can't cure my coldness or my loneness. What should I do Chi?"

"Maybe you should get some sleep, that might help." Chi said, thinking that this was actually a little annoying. It wasn't like him to be so clingy.

"Come with me." He demanded dragging her towards his bed. Chi looked around the room, she had never been in his room before. Kanato got onto the bed and pulled her down next to him. Chi laid on her back looking at the dark ceiling and listening to the rain outside. Kanato face appeared above her.

"What is it?" She asked him. He didn't respond instead he simply climbed on top of her, like he had down before. He sat on her stomach and bent down placing kisses on her neck. "What are you doing?" Chi asked.

"I want warm." He said as he sank his fangs into her neck. Her blood was warm but it still wasn't enough. He stopped drinking her blood and moved himself slightly. Then he slid his hand up inside her night gown. Chi's cheeks became a little flushed.

"Kanato..."

"Shhh." He said placing a finger on her lips to silence her. "Don't worry, I will make you a slave to pleasure." He said as he ran his hands up and down her bare sides. He bent down and kissed her gently on the lips.

"What is all this about? Did something happen?" She asked.

"Stop talking, it's boorish to talk in between kisses." He said kissing her again. He moved down her body placing kisses wherever he found bare skin. He took her leg and gently licked the inside of her thigh. "Have you ever been bitten on the leg before?" He asked and she shook her head unable to respond. He smiled and bit down on the soft delicate skin. Chi bit her tongue to stop herself from crying out in pleasure. Why did it feel so good? Kanato continued to suck her blood while her slid his hand down her thigh and cupping her bum. Chi couldn't hold it in any longer and she let out a small moan. Kanato smiled and stopped sucking her blood. "So you like that." "Kanato...stop." She said but her voice betrayed her. She said the words in a moaning way.

"Oh Chi you'r such a dirty girl." Chi placed her hand on the one that was rubbing up against her and pulled it away from herself. Kanato lent over her again and stroked her face gently.

"Why do you reject me? Don't you love me?"

"No it's not that..."

"Say it." Said Kanato cutting her off.

"What?"

"I-I can't." Kanato smiled and bent down and gently licked her neck.

"Then I'll make you scream it." He said as one of his hands massaged her left breast while he continued to lick her. Chi let out another moan not being able to contain it any longer.

"Kanato...I-I love you." She stuttered. Kanato didn't stop though.

"Louder." He whispered.

"I love you!" She shouted. Kanato stopped what he was doing and kissed her lips gently.

"What a good girl you are. I think that I'm finally warm. Will you stay with me?" He asked her.

"Yes." Chi said as Kanato smiled and got of her. Then he snuggled up next to her and fell asleep...
