I was woken up by the sound of my alarm blasting beside me. I turned it off and stood up . I stretched a bit and I looked outside my little window seat.

As soon as I sat down there, there I saw the last person on earth that I want to see in my life.

It was Mitchell Jerome Hope. Urgh! When I was in fifth grade,we were best friends. Until. . . He started to hang out with the class' bad boys.

Now,he is a bad boy. And as soon as he had coped with them, they started to pull pranks on me,which was very hurtful for me.

They pranked me from fifth grade to nineth grade. I quickly went to my bathroom and take a shower. As soon as I was done, I got my robe and I started to pick my dress.

I picked a dress with blue-green shade to it. Then after that I paired it with a scarf that is redviolet/maroon color and a pair of silver heels. And my blue-green long cardigan. I thought I might need it cause it's freezing here.

I went to my vanity and put some light make up. Not too much, but I did put on some blush. Then I got my pinkish colored lipstick and I applied it to my lips.

And for my hair, I curled my hair and then placed it into an elegant bun. Then I left a section of my hair on the side and let it down my face.

"There.  . ." I said. Then I got some pearl earrings and then I went to the dinning room getting my books.

Since I got a locker and I only bring a purse, I just bring some stuff with me home and leave my unused books at school.

When I was downstairs, I saw dad. I dropped my books and ran to him. "Daddy! I thought you would never come back again. " I said.

I was so worried he wouldn't come back. But actually this always happens. When dad and mom fight, the next day one makes a move and everything is back to normal.

Mom was smiling. I think they already got along. "So, where's Claire? " I asked. She peaked on the kitchen door.

"Here! " she said. I smiled. Then I noticed she was the one cooking. As soon as the food was ready I dig in my food.

As soon as I am done, I got my books and placed it beside my purse and I went elsewhere the sink to brush my teeth .

As soon as I was finished, I said my goodbyes to mom, and dad and then Claire. Then I headed outside to the front porch.

Then I saw Mitchell walking to the direction of my school. I didn't mind it and I walked on my way too.

As soon as we reached the end of the block and was approaching the school campus, I heard footsteps coming close at me.

I looked behind me to see Mitchell running at me. I squeaked as I thought he was gonna prank me. I was scared.

"Hey, Um . . . Chloe. It's so nice to see you again after a long time. " he said. I smiled warmly at him. "And I you.  . ." I said as I proceed walking to school.

"Hang on. You're just gonna go leave me here standing? Huh? You really never changed. " he said. I glared at him.

"Well, I will never change since you pranked me!" I screamed at him and headed towards the gates. As soon as we were in the school he was still following me.

"Excuse me? What are you doing? " I asked. "Well, I'm here for a tour guide. " he said. I can't believe this guy!!!

"Guide? You think I would just let you? " I said to him with a small glare. "Well yeah—" he said as I cut him off.

"I have three words, In. Your. Dreams. " I screamed at him. He smiled. Then he heads to the principal's office.

Oh what is he gonna do now? Go expell me? Hah! Like it will eve happen. I am the Science Queen here in the school ya know.

They can't throw me out or the school is doomed. Then after that incident with Hope,I saw my friends running at me.

I saw Sofia, Booboo, and Cameron. They're the best friends you always can count on when you are needing their help.

"Guys!  Hey!  I've been thinking I should go to Starbucks with you. " I said. They hi-fived.

"Great. Oops. Gotta go, Booboo and I are going to be training. "  Cameron said. Then I waved at Booboo .

They waved goodbye and Sofia waved goodbye too. "So, what now? " I asked Sofia. She was giving me a smirk.

"Oh now don't you dare,Sofia. Dacharett. Char. " I said. She glared at me and pulled me to her locker.

"Oh my god!  I have the best thing ever! I really want to be in this competition, but I don't know if I'm up to this. " Sofia said.

I looked at her phone which there was a picture of a flyer and saying the competition was 'Miss John Winston Academy Pagent'?

"Hold on! You're going to enter the school Pagent? But seniors are the ones allowed to!" I said warning her.

"Remember, we're seniors. " She said.  Oh. Totally forgot that. "Anyways, gotta go. Bye. See ya after class. " Sofia said.

I waved goodbye and I went too my locker. As soon as I got to my locker I saw a note. 

'Look behind you. ' it said. I looked behind me to see Mitchell with a rose on his hand.

"Prank. " I said crossing my arms and leaning back on my locker glaring at him.

"No, not a prank. But if you think it's a prank, then its a real prank. An apology. " he said.

Now many students are looking at us. "Stop making such a commotion. " I said. He smiled and then he placed the rose on my hair.

I smiled a bit. Then the late bell rang.  I got my books and rushed to Chemistry.
