hangyul had his mind taken off minjun the rest of the week. he had left his bakery in the hands of minhee, yunseong and eunsang, even though it wasn't the best idea. he just didn't want to run into the vampire anytime soon. he stayed home for a couple days all cooped up in his bedroom and occasionally stealing some of seungyoun's hoodies that would cover him all the way to his thighs.

he cuddled up into the blanket and let out a content smile. he'd been feeling a bit better. dohyon and seungyoun always made sure he felt loved and kept his thoughts away from minjun. the mere mention of his name would make him traumatized.

it so happened that seungyoun's fan meet was tomorrow. when he went to pick up dohyon, they stopped by a store to get seungyoun a flower crown.

"mommy! that looks pretty!" dohyon smiled widely as he saw the beautiful flowers, "buy daddy this one!"

hangyul took it off of the shelf like thing in the shop and examined it. there were at least four types of flowers and the flowers hadn't wilted yet which was the best part. the petals felt soft and velvety between his fingers and he knew it was perfect for seungyoun, "yeah lets get him this one baby"

"can i get daddy something too?" dohyon asked, a pleading look forming into his cute eyes, making it hard for hangyul to resist as he was paying.

"of course you can dohyon" hangyul giggled, grabbing the receipt and walking out the store with dohyon's hand in his and the other, holding onto the delicate flower crown, "what are you thinking of?"

"a dino plushie!" dohyon exclaimed, skipping to the plushie store hangyul would always take him. he practically knew his way to the store now from the numerous times he went there, "do you think daddy would like a t-rex? daddy is big and strong just like one!"

hangyul couldn't help but smile lovingly at his cute son, "yeah he'd like that baby"

that's how they ended up coming home with a huge t-rex plush that had the cutest light green coat and adorable eyes. what can hangyul say? he loved spoiling people a little bit. the dinosaur was as big as dohyon, covering his view as they walked home even though hangyul had offered to carry it for him. dohyon only shook his head and held the big plushie all the way home.

"you're so strong my little dohyon" hangyul giggled as he saw dohyon place the huge plushie on the couch, "are you sure you want to bring that for daddy tomorrow?"

"yes mommy!" dohyon pouted, "daddy needs a plushie too!" dohyon settled himself down on the couch right beside the dinosaur and smiled, "and daddy's fans will be shocked!"

hangyul beamed, settling the flower crown onto the table, "but you can't call him daddy there okay?"

"hm?" dohyon cocked his head to the side as he ran to hangyul, "why mommy?"

hangyul crouched down, bopping his son's nose, "because his fans don't know that yet. daddy didn't tell them yet baby"

"ohhhhh" dohyon nodded, putting a thumbs up, "i'll try my best mommy!"

hangyul chuckled, kissing dohyon's cheek as he got back up on his feet, "what do you want for dinner baby?"

"milk bread!"

"no baby that's not dinner"

"macaroni and cheese!"

after cooking dinner, hangyul sat across from dohyon as he flipped through seungyoun's albums. he had bought two copies today just for the event and even he wanted to get seungyoun's signature. he'd never gotten it before.

"is that daddy?" dohyon asked, his mouth full of food, making hangyul frown.

"what did i say about talking while you're eating?" hangyul asked, "and yes that is your daddy. he looks good doesn't he?"

"i'm sorry mommy" dohyon chewed his food and swallowed it down, "daddy looks so handsome! no wonder daddy has many fans!"

"yeah" hangyul hummed, flipping through the pages, "when you grow up, you'll have many fans too my little dohyon"

dohyon shook his head, "not as much as daddy! daddy is handsome and pretty but mommy is prettier and daddy is handsomer!"

"then you're the cutest dohyon" hangyul let a laugh slip between his lips, making dohyon smile brightly.

and as expected, seungyoun didn't come home at the usual time at night. hangyul had already tucked dohyon to bed after giving him a warm cup of milk and seungyoun was no where to be seen. he sat on the couch, blanket over his legs as he played with seungyoun's hoodie sleeves. he might've just started a habit of wearing his fiancé's clothes.

he should've gone to bed knowing that seungyoun wasn't going to be home early, but his body insisted that he waited. seungyoun was probably preparing the venue for the event tomorrow. hangyul let out a sigh as he cuddled into the warmth of his blanket, resting his eyes for a bit even though he fell asleep right after he closed them.

seungyoun came home an hour later, hair that was normally gelled down was frazzled and his tie was loosened along with a few buttons down his dress shirt. as he slipped out of his shoes, he noticed his fiancé sleeping on a couch which made him frown, but smile at the same time.

he quietly walked over, placing a kiss onto his lover's forehead as he picked him up as gently as possible. hangyul being the light sleeper he was, woke up from the sudden movement, fluttering his eyes open in the cutest way possible— or so in seungyoun's eyes.

"seungyoun?" hangyul yawned, feeling his body being carried to his room, "you're home?"

"yeah" seungyoun whispered, kicking hangyul's door open, "you should've gone to sleep babe"

hangyul shook his head, grabbing at seungyoun's dress shirt, "i wanted to wait for you. i couldn't sleep without you"

"yeah? i had a feeling that you were going to wait for me so i hurried home" seungyoun let out a small chuckle as he placed hangyul down on the bed, "go to sleep now. i'll take a quick shower and join you in a minute"

"did you have dinner?" hangyul asked, looking into his red eyes.

"i had a little before i left to see the venue" seungyoun reassured, kissing hangyul's lips softly, "rest love"

hangyul nodded, laying back onto his pillow as he felt seungyoun drape the duvet over him. he smiled, knowing that seungyoun came home despite of the late time. his eyes closed on its own as he drifted off into sleep. tomorrow was going to be an exciting day after all.
