Finally, I thought to myself as we finished class.

I left to my car and went to pick up some stuff before going home.

Thankfully, I made it home before my parents and set everything up.

I hope they like it.

I heard them walk in.

"Suprise!" I said.

They were both suprised by what I did.

"Happy anniversary to you," I said.

"You didn't have to do this," Dad said.

"I know. I wanted to," I said.

"Well, this is really nice of you," mom said.

I hugged them both and then they cut the cake.

It was an amazing feeling to do this for them. Such a great evening.
