Waking up late was one of Bakugou's favorite things. The sun was already shining in the sky, birds chirping. His fiance was normally awake before him, running his finger through his hair as he slept. It was peaceful, but today wasn't one of those days. Yes, Bakugou had woken up late, but Kirishima was gone. The blonde sat up in the bed, rubbing his eyes. He had no idea where the redhead had run off to, and he was slightly worried. Turning to grab his phone off the bedside table, Bakugou saw a note. He cocked his head in confusion, picking it up.

Katsuki,

I'm sorry I left before you woke up, but Tetsu Tetsu invited me to chill with him today. I'm at Class 2-B's dorm right now, so if you need me, just text me. I'm sorry I left, I promise we can cuddle when I get back.

Bakugou frowned. Kirishima really left him again? He understood spending all of his Christmas break dealing with him wasn't very fun and he just wanted to see some of his friends, but Bakugou missed him. Sighing, Bakugou pushed himself out of bed and walked over to the closet. He might as well get ready. As the blonde was getting dressed, he spotted the big red sweater Kirishima gave him at the bottom of the closet. It had been a while since he's seen it. Smiling, the blonde grabbed the sweater and a pair of black jeans and began getting ready.

As the blonde was brushing his teeth in the bathroom, he heard a knock on his door. Bakugou quickly finished brushing before heading over to the door, opening it.

"Oi Bakugou! Sero, Mina, Jirou and I are going to watch a movie downstairs in the commons and we were wondering if you and Kirishima wanted to come down!" Kaminari had a bright smile on his face, bouncing slightly from foot to foot in excitement.

"Sure, I'll come down, but Eijirou isn't here right now. He kinda left me...I was actually gonna fucking text you, but you beat me to it I guess. Also, if you guys want, I can make some breakfast?" Bakugou responded, hands now stuffed in his sweaters pocket.

"You can cook?! Oh my god that would be great! None of us ate yet, we were just gonna have snacks. I'll wait for you and we can go down together!" Kaminari exclaimed. Bakugou just smiled, letting Kaminari into the room as he walked over to the dresser to do his hair. Kaminari sat down on the bed, kicking his legs lightly as he looked around the room.

"I haven't really been in here since you moved in, and it really looks a lot different...is that a picture of you guys?" Kaminari asked, springing up from the bed to run over to a picture frame. In it sat a picture of Kirishima and Bakugou, the redhead placing a soft kiss on the blonde's temple. Kaminari smiled, looking at everything else on the table. Then, a certain object caught his eyes.

"Is...Is this your notebook Bakugou?" Kaminari asked, picking up the slight destroyed thing. Bakugou turned around quickly, looking at the object in his hand.

"Yes it is, DON'T FUCKING OPEN IT!" Bakugou yelled, running over to Kaminari. He was a few seconds too late, the blonde already opening to the first page. Bakugou sighed, there was nothing he could do to stop him. Kaminari read through the note quickly, a frown settling on his face.

"Is...this what happened when you fell asleep on Kirishima's shoulder during our first year? You...didn't sleep? Bakugou that's awful why didn't you say anything!!" Kaminari asked, placing the open notebook on the desk to stand up in front of the other blonde.

"Listen Kaminari, I know it was bad, but I didn't know what else to do. I'm really fucking grateful you and Kirishima let me sleep that one time, and that Kirishima actually cared enough to help me. This damn notebook is just filled with what I did when I was up at night." Bakugou muttered, sitting down at the table.

"So...can I look at it?" Kaminari asked, sitting down once again next to Bakugou. The blonde just nodded, flipping to the next page of the notebook. On it, there was a doodle of the view outside of Bakugou's window. Kaminari looked at it astonished. He had no idea Bakugou was an artist, or that he was so good. There was honestly nothing Bakugou wasn't good at. Bakugou felt his face heat up in embarrassment as Kaminari flipped from page to page, admiring the art inside the notebook. As he went on, Kaminari noticed a change in Bakugou's art. It was getting much better, but the colors and pictures seemed happier. When Kaminari reached the end, he almost 'awwed' out loud. Bakugou had drawn a picture of him and Kirishima, the words 'Thank you' written on the page. Kaminari looked up at Bakugou, who was currently dying of embarrassment.

"Bakugou...first, I had no idea you were an artist. Secondly, your art is amazing...has anyone else seen it??" Kaminari asked, standing up. Bakugou just shook his head no, standing up as well.

"That stuff is old as fuck and I'm not proud of it anymore. I have one picture I drew yesterday night while I was waiting for Eijirou to come out of the shower, but just don't fucking laugh at me." Bakugou said, walking over to his desk.

"I promise!" Kaminari swore, watching as Bakugou dug through the drawer. He then pulled out a piece of paper, handing it to Kaminari. In the drawing, Bakugou was sitting next to Kirishima, the redhead's arm around his shoulder. Next to Bakugou sat Kaminari, a dorky smile on face, his hands resting between his legs. Then, there was Mina, Sero, and Jirou who were all laughing, their faces slightly pink. Kaminari's smile was ear to ear, but he lost it when he read what Bakugou had written on the paper. 'My amazing friends and the love of my life.'

"AWE BAKUGOU! THIS IS ADORABLE! You even said Kirishima is the love of your life I can't!" Kaminari squealed, the smile on his face so bright it could blind someone. Bakugou just huffed, taking the paper from Kaminari's hands.

"I'm not lying, he fucking is." Bakugou muttered, his face red. Kaminari just giggled as Bakugou put the picture back in the drawer. Bakugou then put on his shoes and headed for the door, Kaminari following close behind. The two of them headed down to the commons, where Sero, Mina, and Jirou were waiting for them.

"Bakugou, Kaminari! We were just gonna start the movie, is Shrek okay?" Mina giggled, Bakugou mentally facepalming himself.

"Yea, Shreks PERFECT, but just wait a bit, Bakugou has a suprise," Kaminari said, walking over to sit on the couch with his friends. All four of them turned to Bakugou, smiles on their faces.

"It's not really a damn suprise, I'm just gonna make you guys breakfast." He said calmly, before heading over to the kitchen. Bakugou didn't pay attention to the screams of his friends as he pulled out the eggs and a loaf of bread. As Bakugou began cooking his eggs and toast dish, Kaminari, Sero, Mina, and Jirou had made their way to the kitchen and were currently watching the blonde cook. They were all completely amazed as he pushed a dish in front of each of them, as well as saving one for himself. Bakugou didn't say anything as he began eating, watching for everyone's responses. Mina was the first to put the food in her mouth, and her eyes lit up as she did. She started horsing the food down as quickly as she could, the other three kids following close behind. Bakugou just smiled, watching as his friends enjoyed the food he made. As they all finished up their food, Bakugou took the plates and just placed them in the sink, mentally taking note to wash them later.

"Bakugou you've got to be kidding me! That was amazing, why haven't you told anyone you were good at cooking before?" Sero asked, Bakugou just shrugging in response. A few other compliments flew his way, making him flustered. He wasn't very good at taking compliments, so he just smiled slightly, which was apparently enough to make them all know he appreciated it. All five of them moved to the couch, where Shrek was beginning to play. For a few seconds, Bakugou thought this was just gonna be friends watching a movie together, but he then realized he was mistaken. Kaminari, Mina, and Sero were now standing up on the couches singing "All Star" as loudly as they could. Jirou couldn't stop laughing but decided to join in any way, awful singing and all. Bakugou started giggling and decided to join in as well. It was all fun and games until the song ended, and he and Kaminari started the second part of the song. It was embarrassing, sure, but now everyone was sitting back down on the couch, laughing loudly.

"God Bakugou I did NOT expect you to join in." Jirou giggled, her face pink from her endless laughter. Bakugou just winked, causing her to laugh even more.

"BAKUGOU WINKED," Mina screamed, the group sent back into another fit of laughter. The movie continued on in the background, but the kids found it was much more fun just chatting between themselves. Even hours after the credits had stopped rolling, they were still laughing so much they couldn't breathe. That's when Kaminari brought up piggyback races, and even then went to shit.

"Kaminari get on my fucking back we are totally going to catch Sero and Mina." Bakugou said with a competitive grin as he squat down on the ground. Kaminari jumped on the other blondes back, Mina now on Sero's back. Jirou was curled on the couch clutching her stomach as she laughed, tears rolling down her face.

"Okay ready...set...GO!" Sero yelled as he started sprinting through the commons, Mina yelling out a war cry as Bakugou ran after them. Kaminari had two finger guns pointed straight at Mina, trying as hard as he could to keep his laughter at bay.

"BAKUGOU RUN FASTER!"

"I'M TRYING DIPSHIT."

"NYOOOOM HERE WE COME."

"KAMINARI YOU ARE NOT LIGHTNING MCQUEEN STOP."

"YOU CAN'T STOP ME MINA I AM- WE ARE SONIC."

"GOTTA GO FAST THEN."

Kaminari and Bakugou were now laughing extremely hard as they chased Sero and Mina around the commons, who were also laughing. A few people at a time, people were coming down from upstairs to watch, loud laughing coming from all of them. Jirou had peed her pants and was still sitting on the couch, laughing her head off. Sero was starting to get tired, so used his tape to hang him and Mina from the ceiling, Mina cradled in his arms.

"SERO GET DOWN HERE YOU FUCKER!" Bakugou snorted, Kaminari yelling a quick 'yea!' to help support Bakugou. At this point, everyone was in the commons, laughing at the scene playing out in front of them

"FINE, YOU GUYS WIN!" Sero yelled down, slowly lowering him and Mina down to the ground. Bakugou and Kaminari cheered in celebration, the rest of their class joining in. They even lined up, Bakugou running by them all as Kaminari gave them all high fives. Bakugou let Kaminari down, but Sero and Mina immediately suggested Kaminari carrying Bakugou, and Mina carrying Sero. All four parties agreed, and another chase began. As Mina slid across the commons after Kaminari and Bakugou, Kirishima walked through the door. At first, he was super confused, only seeing everyone else laughing at something he couldn't see. Then, he took a few more steps into the room, seeing Mina sliding across the floor with Sero on her back chasing Kaminari, Bakugou on his back as they knocked down the few chairs in their way. Kirishima watched as Kaminari attempted to jump over the couch, he and Bakugou face planting into the pile of blankets Mina was curled in earlier. Everyone else burst into another fit of laughter, Kirishima giggling as he watched his fiance. Bakugou was laying on top of Kaminari, the two of them laughing so much they couldn't move. Kirishima smiled, Kaminari really had done wonders for Bakugou, and he was so proud of both of them. Bakugou finally was able to call Kaminari his best friend.
