Hi! I do one of these for all of my books, so I figured...why not? LOL

This is a oneshot from the "I Never Knew" AU. To those of you who have not read any of those books, this occurs right before Nya learns she has powers. Kai and Skylor are just starting to fall in love. Kai's been super overprotective of Nya, but with Skylor's help, she's branching out and learning to stand up for herself. Skylor gave Nya a total makeover the morning of this story, and it's all a plan to get the romantic attentions of Lloyd, Nya's best friend.

There's a song for this oneshot. With this AU, there's always a song LOL I will link to it at the beginning of the chapter.

About the AU: It was honestly just supposed to be one Jaya book, but that changed. I decided to go big or go home and write a lil' series. I have no idea whether anyone will want to read the whole thing, but each book can also be standalone romance, so...it will hopefully work out :) Besides, I like it, so why not? LOL
