The day is finally there, all ten selected that have been invited from all over the country are now here. They are greeted by a representative of the palace. A short, slightly chubby, motherly figure walks down the stairs. She looks impeccible with her pencil skirt, blouse and matching jacket. Her brown curly hair is up in a bun and her nails have a gentle colour. The clicking of her heels echoes over the arrival place.

"My dear girls," she starts as soon as she arrived the group of waiting selected. "I am Lady Elenor Martins and in name of his Majesty, King Rowan, I welcome you to the Royal Palace. Your luggage will be taken to your assigned rooms," she said and immediately some of the staff started unpacking the luggage from the cars they arrived in.

"I am well aware that with the seperate travelling you will not yet have had the chance to get to know each other very well, but fear not, you will spend enough time with each other to hopefully make some friends," She said as she noticed the girls looking at each other. 

"For today we have planned a simple tour to get you a bit more familiar with the grounds and at the end of this afternoon I will hand you over to your maids in the spa where you will be able to get to know each other a bit better. Tomorrow you will officially meet his Highness, Prince Cameron and the rest of their family." She continued and looked at the selected individually.

"And one last thing before we start our tour, as you can see it is fairly empty in here," she remarked and motioned to the quiet place. "We managed to keep your arrival date a secret for the press so that you would not get overwhelmed too much already. This is however not a normalty." she paused for a moment. "The press will always be curious to get a story from you, they want to know all the rumours, the gossip and most of all, the dirt. I must strongly advise you to not seek any contact with the press without any consult. You will learn how to properly adress the press and there will be interviews you can prepare for. But do not, and I repeat, do NOT talk with the press on any other events." She looked sternly at the girls. 

"Next to that we have some more rules. You will speak to the Royals with their proper adressing, which is Your Majesty for the King and Queen and Your Highness for the Prince and Princess. You must attend the events and dates unless you have a very valid reason, note that this would be a missed chance to get to know Prince Cameron better. Private rooms of the Royals are off limits unless they invite you inside. Violence or any other type of unbeseeming behaviour will result in immediate disqualification. Leaving the palace grounds without permission or notification will also result in disqualification. Other rules about etiquette and manners will be explained later. Are there any questions?" She asked with a smile.

A/N Welcome to this Selection! We are with few people so I would love to see some great activity. We all have busy lives, but the least you can do is then tell me you're busy. Events will take a reasonable amount of time because I take the personal lives and time zones into consideration. 

Now for the story, in the comment section there will be a Main Chat, which will serve as a way to get into the roleplay, get to know each other et cetera. The Main Chat storywise will consist of the tour and the Spa and this chapter serves as Chapter ZERO, which means it is not really a big thing for the story itself yet, therefore you will not miss much action. It will be a short chapter as I plan to start the next official event very soon.
