Hey. This is a new story idea that I thought of yesterday. Plus, this book was inspired from the Light of Hope Awakens by THWithMFZ. However, for my book, it will take a darker turn.

Negative Speed Force Generation: Born with the Negative SpeedForce from birth, he can tap into it as other speedsters can with the normal Speed Force. Through this, he has the ability to move at incredible speeds, as well as access other abilities the normal Speed Force does not grant.

Superhuman Speed: Y/n is able to move and travel at super human speeds. He can travel up to speeds of 7,500,000 mph, deliver hundreds of blows a second, walk on water, create cyclones and vibrate his molecules super fast to pass through solid objects.

Superhuman Agility: Y/n possesses inhuman bodily coordination, balance, equilibrium and dexterity. He is able to change direction immediately, thus allows him to make sharp turns on city streets without sliding or losing his balance

Superhuman Reflexes: Y/n can generate an inhuman amount of physical force from any part of his body, especially while using super speed. This allowed him to exert inhuman physical strength with almost absolute ease, commonly to restrain opponent at super speed and pinning them down with little effort, as well as to kill his opponents through high-speed collision. By channeling this force to his strikes, even the Flash was quickly pummeled by Eobard long before and rendered him unable to fight back despite healing powers.

Superhuman Stamina: Y/n's body can handle the stresses of superhuman racing without noticeable distress. His body's enhanced stamina allows him to function much longer than a normal human without getting tired or weak. Therefore, he is also adapted to the extreme amounts of force exerted on him while he is moving at super speed, as well as the extreme temperatures and lessened amount of breathable air.

Superhuman Durability: Y/n's durability is well-above that of human, able to endure attacks and exertions much quicker than normal and survive impacts that would be fatal or at least permanently disabling to normal humans.

Superhuman Mental Process: Y/n powers also make his system and thought processing able to take in and retain information just as fast and efficiently. Even while using his raw speed, he can clearly think, react to events, and perform actions long before normal humans can perceive them.

Accelerated Perception: Y/n speed also extends to his senses and mental capacities. He can take in information and process it at much faster rates than a normal human, as well as see and hear clearly when moving at super-speed. This ability allows Y/n to see the world as if it is in slow motion, which, combined with his physical speed, lets him perform thoughts and actions long before a normal human around him could even perceive them.

Accelerated Healing: Like other speedsters, Y/n is capable of healing from injuries at a rate faster than normal humans.

Enhanced longevity: Due to his accelerating healing factor, Y/n ages much slower than normal humans.

Cosmic Awareness: Y/n is capable of sensing when a person is from a parallel earth.

Time Travel: Using the Negative Speed Force, speedsters such as Reverse-Flash are able to conduct chronokinesis or temporal manipulation, which allows him to travel throughout time. Unlike users of the Speed Force, Eobard's ability to travel through and manipulate time is more refined compared to other speedsters as he is easily able to drastically alter history and completely erase people from existence (other speedsters cannot change the past without dramatic consequences).

Time Remnant Construct: By shifting momentarily back in time, Y/n is able to "create" a time remnant. As each one is as real as the other, it allows the speedster to overwhelm his enemies with multiple copies of himself. It also protected him from any alterations to the timeline and secures his existence when he shouldn't exist by becoming a Time Remnant himself. As a Time Remnant, he was also able to create his own Time Remnants, but they a merely extensions of himself and under his direct control.

Interdimensional Travel: Y/n can apparently use his speed to break down barriers between parallel universes, enabling him to travel to them.

Electrokinesis: Like conduits of the Speed Force, Y/n also generates large amounts of electrical energy from his body, although his energy is negative in nature, which is cancerous to users of the Speed Force.

Aerokinesis: Using his speed, Eobard can generate air flow as vacuums on various levels. He can create fierce waves and vacuums of air by shaking a body part very fast

Bodily Vibration: Y/n has the ability to vibrate any part of his body at different frequencies on command, with varying effects. When done, this is seen as a haze that normal people can't perceive clearly. It can also garble his voice into a deep growl to disguise.

Speed Force Negation: Y/n can disrupt speedsters connection to Speed Force by "contaminating" it with the negative energy he generates. This allows him to remove aspects of their powers, such as their protective aura, causing them to burst into flames.

Infection: Thawne can infect users of the Speed Force and cause them to generate his negative energy, which can kill a Speed Force conduit with a single touch.

Speed Force Theft: Y/n has the ability to drain away the Speed Force from others whose DNA has not completely bonded to the Speed Force or if their speed is artificial through the use the sonic booms he produces while running to allow him to siphon speed from other speedsters in order to bolster his own. Unless the Speed Force is taken willfully from a speedster, the speedster will be killed with the loss of their powers.

Sound manipulation: Y/n has the power to channel his vibrational energy in order to blast a telekinetic wave of force at his opponents.

Memory Absorption: Professor Zoom is capable of using his negative electrical energy to absorb the memories of another person. This process will also rapidly age a person to their death.

Enhanced Senses: Professor Zoom's senses are enhanced, allowing him to perceive the world at a normal, or slowed rate attuned how fast he is moving.

Intangibility: Y/n is capable of vibrating his cells on a molecular level, causing his body to become intangible. This allows people or objects to pass through him.

Phasing: By vibrating his molecules at the right frequency, Y/n is able to phase his body through objects.

Speed Mirage: By using his speed to bounce back and forth so quickly, Eobard can create after-images with his speed, making it appear like he's in two places at once, no matter how far they are apart. This image is so realistic, that a human mind can't perceive the difference. Eobard can also create mirror speed projections while retaining his peak speed, as demonstrated when he took on both Barry and Nora. For experts of this ability, these mirages temporarily make a speedster in two places at once as seen when Eobard first beat himself up to steal the tachyon device and when fighting Nora and Barry before rejoining into one person again.

Metamorphosis: Y/n is capable of altering his own age at will, such as transforming into a young boy or an elderly man.

Shock Waves: Y/n possess the ability to create very powerful sonic booms and shock waves with just the snap of his fingers.

Time Travel: Y/n is capable of using his speed to break the time barrier and travel throughout various points in time.

Reality Alteration: Y/n can erase a person's entire existence by traveling back to a certain point in time and "snatching them from time". Unlike other speedsters, Thawne's reality alterations have no side-effects.

[Suit Features]

Intense temperature and abrasion resistance/Extreme Force resistance: The suit is completely compressed of trillions of nano-technology with dense charged Tachyon crystals that gives off a boost of speed and more lighting. The Suit is also comprised of a reinforced tri-polymer, making it resistant to several thousand degrees of intense heat, whether it be around Barry or it is the friction generated from his body while running; as well as resistant to grazing bullets, knives, abrasions, or scars. That the suit was also infused using materials like vulcanized Teflon which neutralizes any electron imbalances and prevents the friction of Barry's movements from generating a lethal dose of static charge.

Gideon: An advanced artificial intelligence created by Barry Allen, to aid him during his travels through time and when monitoring the timeline.

Earpieces: On his suit's cowl, there are two lightning-bolt shaped earpieces, also similar to those on Barry Allen's Flash suit. The suit has wireless communication capabilities through its built in earpieces for talking through his allies.

Holographic interface: The suit has a computer-like connection to Gideon, giving the user portable access to the A.I. It has a holographic projection of Gideon in the center of the suit's palm.

Mini-camera: The suit's chest piece has a miniature camera built into it. By pressing on it, Thleague of Villainse can see from his environment from his perspective and gain a better idea of his surroundings or situation.

Self Repairing Nanites: If the suit were to become damaged, it will automatically repair itself with microscopic nano-machines that would re-create the kind of material the suits comprised of and bond it to the existing armor, fixing them

Heads-up Display[HUD]: The inside of the helmet provide Y/n analysis of his current area, such as maps, and recommended actions that include target lock-on.

Deadlock mode: Should Y/n become helpless while in the presence of an enemy or the Hero Society, the suit can lock itself upon and around the wearer's person to prevent removal, protecting his identity. Not even Y/n can remove it by phasing himself, unless he cancels Deadlock.

Pulse cannon: It's a Non-lethal alternative to the Negative SpeedForce lighting bolts and capable of knocking back and incapacitating targets a couple of meters away, through the use of condensed vibrational energy blasts. Located on the palms of the suits gloves, they can effortlessly appear and disappear when needed.
