He just arrived in Japan, Courtesy of Luthor and had an address to where his new home will be.

Eobard: My, my.. luthor sure has his tastes.

His phone started to ring as he picked it up to see Luthor's contact. He answered it and put it on speaker.

Eobard: Luthor. Fancy for you to call.

Luthor: I'm glad you made it in Japan.

Eobard: I'm glad to be here.

Luthor: I had some of the best hackers in my company to obtain research about this "son" of yours and it turns out he actually here.

Eobard: And what?

Luthor: These "so called heroes" placed Power-draining collar onto him to prevent him using his powers. Not only that, but to deprive him of becoming a hero myself.

Eobard: Wow..and you thought we were evil.

Luthor: Do you believe that young Y/n will side with us?

Eobard: With everything he's been through and with some convincing..it'll be a piece of cake.

Luthor: very well. The League of Villains have heard of your escape and would like to speak with you.

Eobard: I will in time. See you around.

He hangs up the call as Eobard then sped inside and sat into the living room..

Eobard: My poor boy needs guidance. All he needs..is One. More. Push.

[With Y/n and his mother]
Y/n sat down in front of his mom as she starts to explain the truth of what happened during his time as a baby.

M/n: Okay, Umm..here goes. Back when you were about 6 months old, you were actually a sweet little bundle of joy. I lived you since the moment you were born. One day while I was sewing a scarf in the living room, I heard a bump and saw that you hit yourself on a wall. You started crying due to pain.

Y/n: Ok..

M/n: While I was attempting to dress your wound, you started to produce Crimson red electricity that bursted violently out of you.

Y/n had widened eyes in shock to hear that he actually had a power this entire time.

M/n: It was called the Negative SpeedForce. It was passed onto you at birth. But that lighting explosion you unknowingly did brought some of the Pro-Heroes into our house..including the Flash.

Y/n: The Flash himself, came into our home too?

M/n: Yes. He felt that energy spiking away, so he rushed here. And now how the collar was placed on you.
At first, Endeavor suggested that you would be taken away from me.

Y/n: T-taken away?

M/n: Yes. But Green Psyche, Short Fuse and Midnight prevented that and instead decided to place the same collar that forces your power in stasis look, making you Quirkless. *tears up* They forced me to make a choice: Either accept the collar onto you, making you quirkless or...I'll never see you again. Left with no other opinion and the fact that you were the only family I have..I had to agree.

Y/n couldn't believe what he was hearing. These people forced his kind mom to have them place this collar onto him, so he wouldn't be taken away. Not only that, the fact they deny him of being a hero..really felt a major blow to his face.

Y/n: So..those people are responsible for me being like this?

M/n: *slowly nods*

Y/n: I..I need some time alone.

Y/n then walked out of the house to think as the mom teared

M/n: I'm sorry, y/n..im truly am sorry.

[Timeskip]

Y/n sat alone on top of a rooftop, with sadness and tears. He also seeing holding his stomach in pain from their conversation after he left. Reasons being: Izumi..rejected his feelings for her, saying that she was in love with someone else. Also from what she said and did to him that added more salt to the wound.. he completely decided that she was no longer his friend.

Y/n: To think..I saw her as equal. Someone that wouldn't judge me. How can I be so blind?

[Flashback]
Y/n was feeling lots of distraught from receiving the latest letter about his U.A Application. When he saw it and opened it..he was starting to feel his dreams shatter throughout his head. Here's what it said from All Might:

"Dear Mr. Thawne:"

We reviewed your academic standards and grades, and they are good. But due to your status of being born without having a Quirk..I'm afraid we cannot accept you in our school. Please understand that it's only for the better of Society that no one hears of a Quirkless person entering our school. It would damage the School's reputation as it is.. Don't bother trying to send another application letter, because it would instantly be rejected by the faculty."

Y/n twitched in anger as the headband light began to glow bright orange. Tears started to flow as he crumbled the letter and slowly sat onto his knees.

Y/n: Why..it's not fair! First Izumi rejects my feelings, tells me that I can't be a hero and now this??

[Confession towards Izumi] *one hour earlier*

Y/n asked Izumi to come speak at a nearby roof, so he can tell her his true feelings for the broccoli girl. Hopefully if she accepts his feelings for her, there would be a glimpse of hope for the young man..but fate can be a huge bitch and not go your way..

Izumi: Hey, Y/n.

Y/n: Hey, Izumi. There's something I wanted to get off my chest.

Izumi: What is it?

Y/n: Izumi Midoriya..im in live with you.

Izumi: *taken back* W-wow. Did you really feel that way about me?

Izumi felt really conflicted on what to do. Here is Y/n confessing his love for her and wished that he can be with her..but there was a problem. She was promised by All Might to leave Y/n and break off her friendship with him, due to his Villainous father. She would hate herself for this..but Izumi makes me choice.

Izumi: It's really sweet that you tell this way about me. But the thing is..*pulls her hand back* I can't accept them back.

Hearing this, made y/n's heart feel like it's crumbling at a slow pace.

Y/n: W-what?

Izumi: I'm sorry, Y/n. But I have to focus onto getting into U.A without any distractions.

Y/n: Ok. I guess after training, I guess I'll see you in U.A. when you get there.

Izumi: Well..that's the thing. I think you should stop trying to go to U.A.

[I know that in Canon, Cunt-Might told the broccoli haired teen that she cannot be a hero without a quirk, but in here.. he actually sees true potential in her and decides to actually lift up her spirits and train her earlier than what the anime would've done. He also told Izumi that y/n is a distant to herself and her future career due to being a Villain's son and recommended that she stays away from him.

Izumi: Think about it. You don't have any powers. The world is full of cruel people and they'll stop at nothing to harm you.

Y/n: I'll just be in the support class. It least is less dangerous.

Izumi: Do you even hear yourself, Y/n? In telling you that you should stop trying to be a hero.

Y/n: Why the living hell would you think I agree to that?! You cannot deny someone the right to become a hero! Even Quirkless people have made changes too.

Y/n: What's wrong with me?? What's wrong with you?! *Gets enraged* THE LIVING FUCK ARE YOU TO TRY AND PUT THOSE WORDS IN MY MOUTH?! AFTER SEVERING WE BEEN THROUGH SINCE CHILDHOOD, BEATEN UP BY KATSUKI, ME HAVING TO CONSTANTLY GET QUTCASTED BY EVERYONE, YOURE JUST GONNA CAST ME ASIDE?! JUST LIKE THAT?!! DID I MEAN NOTHING TO YOU!?!

Izumi: *Eyes closed with rage* SHUT UP, YOU QUIRKLESS REJECT!!

Y/n then felt his stomach get punched very hard and he was sent flying to a wall, where he made a crater and slid down. He groaned in immense pain and coughed up some blood as Y/n looked up to see Izumi glowing with green lighting sparkling around herself with an angry look. That anger quickly turned into shockiness as Izumi quickly then realized what she's done.

Izumi: no...nonono!!

She then rushed forward to come help the pained y/n of the ground. She reached for him to lift him up, but he smacked her hand away..

Y/n: Don't FUCKING touch me! *struggles to get up with blood seeping from mouth*

Izumi: Y-y/n?

Y/n: *manages to get up; holding his stomach* You're just just like any of these fucking people. Downgrading me to the lowest that you want me to be?

Izumi: *shakes her head* N-no. That's not what I'm saying.

Y/n: *spits blood onto the floor* I think you said enough.

Izumi: I..I'm sorry.

Y/n: Save your useless apology. Don't call me..text me. Don't even come near my goddamm home. I'm done with you. I'm done...

Y/n turned and limps away, much to Izumi's sadness. She goes to try and get him to turn around.

Izumi: Y/n, wai-

Y/n: I SAID GET THE FUCK AWAY FROM ME!! *Izumi stops in her tracks* Go back kissing All Might's Ass, like you always do.

Izumi flinched at his outburst and decides to walk the other side, not with a few tears shedding from her eyes, referring what she has done. Everything that transpired between the two were brutal. But one thing is certain: Y/n's Friendship with Izumi Midoriya is officially shattered beyond repair.

Y/n: Am I really cursed to be seen as a Bastard Child of a villain?

???: Hello..Y/n.

Y/n shakes and turns to see a blurry yellow figure with glowing red eyes..

Y/n: *backs away in fear* W-who are you?

???: ̷W̷H̷Y̷ ̷T̷H̷E̷ ̷L̷O̷N̷G̷ ̷F̷A̷C̷E̷?̷ ̷

Y/n: Why do you care?

???: Is it because of those things on you?

Y/n froze, not saying anything about the quirk draining devices Psyche onto him..

???: ̷I̷ ̷t̷h̷o̷u̷g̷h̷t̷ ̷s̷o̷.̷.̷

The blurry figure then grabbed Y/n and held him against the wall. He then vibrated his right hand at a fast pace, scaring the young man.

Y/n" W-what are you doing?!

The figure didn't speak but instead inched his hand towards Y/n's head as the 16 year old closed his eyes and preped for his inevitable death. But to his shock..he felt his neck and head feel less tight as the collar and power-draining head and fell off him. The blurry figure gently lets him go as y/n look down to see he is no longer bound by these things.

Y/n: *feels around his neck and head* I..I don't understand.

This brought shock to the young man as he was about to ask him what he was talking about, the blurry figure was then thrown by a red blur.

The Flash: Get away from him.

The blurry figure then made a "Tch" sound and proclaimed that his work was done before he sped off. The Flash turned to Y/n, but he looks down to see the collar no longer on his neck. He then stared at y/n and asked.

The Flash: Did he remove them?

Y/n: Y-yeah.

The Flash: *goes to Y/n* Let's get you home.

Holding onto him tight, The Flash speeds to his home that he remembered.. after that, he let him go.

The Flash: You should be safe from him.

Y/n: Thanks.

He nods and then runs off in a trail of lighting. This let y/n think for himself. All his life, he believed that he was Quirkless..but was proven wrong.

Y/n: Ok..for the first time, maybe I can truly relax.

Y/n then felt his phone ring. He picks it up and sees his mom's number.

Y/n: *answers phone* Hey, Mom.

M/n: Hey, sweetie. I'm just calling to check if you were home.

Y/n: Uhh, yeah. I just arrived. You'll never believe what just happened.

M/n: What is it?

Y/n: I think it's best when you get home and see.

M/n: Ok. I'll be here in about 30 minutes. Love you.

Y/n: Love you two. *hangs up* I wonder what I should do.

He walked inside the house, not knowing that a certain prime female hero watching over him.

Green Psyche: This is not good at all. I better tell the others.

[Inside the L/n Residence]
Y/n can be seen in his room reading a random book when he hears the door open.

M/n: I'm home.

Y/n: Coming!

He goes down and to see his mom coming inside with bags in hand. She then takes a look at him, but gets the shock of her life when M/n saw that the collar and headband was no longer onto him.

M/n: Y/n...*sets groceries down to the floor* That Collar..that head device..They're gone.

Y/n: I know, right?

M/n: But how?

???: Actually..

Both Mother and Son turned to see a random man sitting on a sofa. Y/n has no idea who this man was..but M/n does.

M/n: Eobard.

Y/n: *turns to his mother* Do you know this person, mom?

M/n: Y/n-

Eobard: *interrupts* So sorry to interrupt, but I must introduce myself to you. I am Eobard Thawne.

Y/n: Thawne? That's the same other last name I have. *looks towards his mother* You never told me I had extended family.

M/n: *unsure what to say and wraps herself protectively around Y/n* What do you want from here?

Eobard: Oh, nothing really. I just came to help my boy with his powers after all.

M/n: I won't let you corrupt him into a horrible villain like you.

Eobard: I have a feeling you would say that, but let's be honest. Do you honestly believe that Y/n here will have a normal life? These heroes already know what he's capable of and they will most likely strap on another power suppressor on him. He'll be branded Quirkless for life.

All of a sudden, the door began to knock as Thawne took this as a sign to leave.

Eobard: That's my que to leave. *to Y/n* Remeber this. No matter how much good you do.. these Heroes will truly never accept you.

With that, Eobard speeds of in a trail of red lighting as the knocking continues.

M/n: Who is it?

???: It's Midnight. We should talk.

M/n: Why should we let you in?

Midnight: Please.. just let me in.

M/n felt a bit hesitant, but she let's her son go and opens the door to reveal Midnight.

M/n: *stern* Why are you here, Nemuri?

Midnight: *looks down* I..I just wanted to apologize for what happened the other day.

M/n: You mean the fact that you basically kidnapped my son, took him somewhere without my knowledge and forcefully placed another drainer on my baby's head?

Midnight: Yes. But you don't understand.

Y/n: I understand how you gave me extra Reason not to trust you Heroes anymore. After what you did to me..you crossed the line.

Midnight: Please..we were ju-

Midnight looks up, but gets surprised of Y/n no longer wearing the devices on him..

Midnight: Wait..*points to Y/n* The Quirk draining derives. How did you get them off?

Y/n: why should I tell you?

Midnight: Now that they are gone..*Stares at Y/n* I'm gonna have to take you in.

M/n: What??

Y/n: You can't be serious.

Midnight: If you wont come willingly, I'll have to use force.

M/n: NOOO!! YOU WONT TAKE HIM WAY FROM ME AGAIN!!

Midnight: *to M/n* Please step away from him.

M/n: Never!

Midnight then grabbed her face and used her quirk on her, making her fall asleep and threw her to the floor, much to the anger of Y/n..

Y/n: MOM!!

He tries goes to her, but Midnight rushes forward and wrapped around him in a submission hold.

Midnight: I'm Sorry. but this must happen.

She brings out a syringe full of pink fluid. Y/n sees this and feel more afraid. Everything then begins to slow down in Y/n's view. He was at first surprised at how this was happening, but remembered what midnoght was trying to do. Red lighting sparked inside of Y/n's Eyes as Midnight sees this..

Y/n: Get. The. Hell. OFF OF ME!!

The young man then produced a lot of electricity that shocked Midnight so bad, it sent her flying.

Midnight: Ahh! *crashes into a table*

Y/n looks at himself and he sees that he is producing red electricity..just like the Reverse-Flash. He looks back to see his mom groaning and rushes towards her.

Y/n: Mom..

He picked her up and brought her to her bedroom. He laid her down and looked at her with a sad look. He goes around, gets a pen and paper and writes a goodbye note:

"Hey, Mom. I'm truly Sorry for what I had to know without your knowledge, but I cannot feel safe, knowing these "Heroes" will continue to be after me. All because of Inheriting my Father's powers. Yes..I put the two and two together when he first told me and I couldn't blane you for not telling me. It's not safe for me to be in here anymore, so that why I choose to leave. I hope you forgive me one day and hopefully..we meet again once" more

"Love you Always from your son: Y/n Sparrows"

After he was done, he placed it in his mother's sleeping hands. He gives her a kiss on her forehead before he ran to his room and grabbed a duffel bag and a backpack and started filling them with necessary utilities.(extra clothing, Money(around a million Yen which was gifted by his dad back when he was 5 months old and hidden in his room. He eventually discovered it stolen..but didn't care), his phone, large portion of snacks, deodorant and etc. He also changed his clothing to accommodate for traveling..

As Y/n goes down to leave, The Pro-Heroes arrive while seeing the damage and they get cautious. Midnight gets up as they just came in. They sees him with the collar or the neas device as All Might asked him.

All Might: Young Man, Where is the Suppressors?

Y/n: They were cut off..courtesy of my Villainous old man.

Midnight: Do you understand what has been done?

Y/n: Yes..But do i give a living fuck? No, I do not.

Endeavor: Boy, your power is too dangerous. You must have it suppressed.

Y/n: No..I am not your fucking prisoner!

All Might: You don't have a choice in the matter.

Y/n: The hell I don't.

Y/n builds up red electricity all around him before he dashed off, knocking some of the heroes in his way..

Endeavor: After him!

The Pro Heroes then took chase after the young speedster.
Y/n was getting livid from these Heroes attempting to place a stronger power suppressor on.

[With Y/n]
He was using his newfound speed to run to wherever location he could find to escape them..

Y/n: *thinking* These people have been a thorn since I was a baby. They fucked with my life. Like hell it'll happen again.

Not wanting to be monitored all his lifetime, Y/n ran from them in a abandoned warehouse to try and get away from them. He took a breather, think that he lost their trail..but, no. Y/n then he felt himself be lifted by Green Psyche's telekinetic power and forcefully held as he couldn't move his arms..

Green Psyche: *worryingly* Please..don't fight us. It'll be over soon.

He tried to move, but couldn't. He saw the green haired hero take out another syringe and walked closer to him. Y/n felt more enraged as the Negative SpeedForce sensed that and produced more electricity out of him. Midnight sees him getting more angrier.

Midnight: *concerned* Y/n, Please..stop!

Green Psyche: Please understand! This if for your ow-

Y/n: *cuts her off* SHUT UP! JUST THE FUCK UP!! EVERY LAST ONE OF YOU HAS DONE NOTHING BUT RIDICULE ME FOR HAVING THIS POWER?! *His body started to glow bright red*

Midnight: Y/n, Please!!

Y/n: *Eyes glow blood red* WHY COULDN'T YOU HEROES LEAVE. ME. ALONE!?!!

Red lighting sparked violently around Y/n's body as EraserHead, whonthen showed up with Short Fuse took notice..

EraserHead: That's not good.

EraserHead then removed his goggles and used his erasing Quirk on Y/n by glaring at him with his red eyes shining..but it didn't work, much to his udder shock..

EraserHead: T-thats impossible.

Short Fuse: Everybody move!!

Y/n roared in pure rage as everyone tried to get to cover, the young man unknowingly unleashed a lot of lighting that formed into a deadly electrical explosion that knocked back the heroes and everyone nearby. Debris were sent flying, Burn marks were scorched to the ground and smoke was still there, but Y/n looked at himself and sees that he is vibrating at a fast rate. He was surprised of what he did, but didn't feel any regret. He then turned to the downed Pro-Heroes and spoke:

Y/n: People like you are the true reason a majority of Villain's are created each day.

With that, he sped off away knowing whatever so-called hero life he dreamt..will never be achieved.

[Somewhere else]
Someone was watching the whole Ordeal with Y/n and the Pro Heroes before he sped off. This figure appears as a dark, ghastly-looking man with yellow eyes. He also wears a suit with a tie and a metal collar around his entire neck as a civilian. This was the second-in-command to the League of Villains: Kurogiri.

Kurogiri: So, they finally pushed you to your limits. Heroes are truly disgusting. I think he can be a great addiction to our group.

???: You don't say..

Kurogiri turned to see a skinny, pale 20-year-old young man. He has light skin and messy light, pale hair (blue in the anime). His lips are chapped and dry, with a scar on his left side of his lips and a mole on his right. He has small red pupils and wrinkly eyelids with a scar on his right eye. He us also wearing a block outfit with red shoes and multiple hands clamped all around his body. This was Tomura Shigaraki

Tomura: Why would you believe that brat could be a part of us?

Kurogiri: He's just like us: Letdown.. tormented..Suffered by his own peers.

Tomura: Hmmm...*scratches himself*

[With Izumi]
She is seen in her room, that his filled with All Might Toys, Posters and other memophilia. However there was one picture she was holding and looking sadly at: a picture with her and Y/n as Kids, hugging each other.

Izumi: *hugs the picture* Oh, Y/n..I'm so sorry. *tears up* I-im sorry for hurting you..
