[Thawne Residence] *three months later*
Y/n was relaxing after the events that transpired by the Pro Heroes coming after him.

Y/n: I swear, these heroes can be such hypocrites..all because of my power.

[Recap]
With Midnight coming to the Sparrows household in an attempt to bring him in after seeing that the power dampeners were removed, this forced Y/n to attack her after see put his mom to sleep and tried to inject a sedative. He had to leave his now former home in an attempt to get away from them.

He was nearly captured and knocked out by Green Psyche. However, the anger that boiled from being forced into a quirkless life, made into a walking prisoner reached it's end as he let out a massive Electrical explosion that pushed them back before he made his escape.

A few days later, he came across his own father: Eobard Thawne; the Reverse Flash once more. Before they can even talk like father and son, the Pro Heroes came across them and demanded for Y/n to come back. The boy refused and talked down on them for what they done to him. This provoked Enveador to attack him with a fire blast, intended to kill him. It failed as he dashed away from the blast and with his father's help..managed to beat down the Pro Heroes before escaping once more. He then met a girl named Himiko Toga, who took an instant interest on the boy and a new friendship was created.

[Right Now]
was going near a gym room in workout clothes he picked up and put on.

???: Hey.

Y/n turned to see Toga also wearing workout clothing..

Y/n: Hey, Toga.

Toga: *skips to Y/n and hugs Y/n very close* Hi.

Y/n: Any reason for the clingy hug?

Toga: Because..you are a awesome guy?

Y/n: Okay..and you are just a cute girl.

Toga smiled and hugged him some more as they reached the training room and y/n was in awe seeing the equipment, but mostly on the treadmill.

*Replace the treadmill with this one*

Y/n: *walks close to it and feels the track* That Treadmill looks like it could withstand my speed.

Toga: Why don't you give a try?

Y/n then gets onto the track and looks at the monitor that registered him as a user.

Y/n: Ok. Let's see how fast I can go.

The young man then begin to walk normally to test that the treadmill is calculating his current speed level. Next he began to jog, which made the meter rise to 250mph..3000mph..5000mph and counting..

Toga: Wow..you are so fast.

y/n: Really?

The young man stops his running slowly and gets off to take a glance at the current speed he can move at: 7500mph.

Y/n: Nice. I'll be sure to surpass that.

Y/n takes a took a look at some lifting weights and decides to try them out. He lays on the bench.

Y/n: Ok, lets bench some weights.

Toga felt a bit mesmerized seeing the tone muscles Y/n has on his body. Her skin start to shake a bit from the sight of him.

Toga: *to herself* Hmm..maybe he'll like a helping hand.

As Y/n continues to lift the weight, the blonde girl decided to have a little fun by climbing on top of Y/n, sitting on his waist.

Y/n: *starts to feel flustered* A-and just what do you think you are doing?

Toga: *smiles a bit* What? *shifts to make herself comfortable* I wanted a closer seat to watch you lift, and thought you could use a helping hand. Is it not okay?

Y/n: *studders* I-it's not that.

Toga: *smiles and leans closer; with her chest pressing on his* You can tell me anything, Y/n. i won't judge.

Y/n: *thoughts* Boner, so help me if you rise, we are not friends no more.

Just as Toga was having her thrill, Eobard showed into the training room, with a smirk setting his son in a position that well known to a lot.

Eobard: Well, i can see that you enjoying a "ride" from my son?

Y/n's face turned to see his father Eobard with a smirk on his face as Toga looked with a blush, but kept her smile.

Eobard: Come. I wanna teach you the way to phase.

Y/n: Phasing?

Eobard: It's better explained when we are outside. Come on.

Toga: Aww..Well, i wanna see what else you can do.

Y/n: I'm sure you will. Plus..it's nice having you here.

Y/n is places the weight back as they both get off the bench as Toga then hugged him again, but decided to take a hard bite on his shoulder drawing little blood.

Y/n: Ow!

Toga: Sorry..but i couldn't help myself.

Y/n: Are you like a vampire?

Toga: Well..my quirk is called: Transform. It allows me to take the physical form of another person, as well as imitate their voice. I can only pull this off by ingesting the blood of the person she's stabbed.

Y/n: Is that so? Well, that honestly pretty cool. That works best for covert operations.

Toga: Thanks. I'm glad you like it.

The two then head outside after Eobard as the older speedster is holding onto something in his hands.

Y/n: Ok, were here.

Eobard: Neat. But first, Catch!

The reverse Speedster then threw what he's holding towards Y/n. The young man caught it and open his hand to see a Tungsten gold/red ring..

Y/n: A Ring?

Eobard: Yes, but it stores the new suit i made just for you. I think you will like it. Now put it the ring on your right middle finger and thrust it forward. the suit will form around you.

Y/n: Ok...

[Y/n's POV]
I place the ring on the finger on my right hand and thrust it forward like a punch. The ring shined bright as nano-machines with crystal like materials began to pour out of the ring and slowly covered my body. Seriously, how many are in this thing. These micro machines encased my entire body.

Eobard: *speeds inside the house and comes back with a large mirror* Take a look for yourself..

I looked at my reflection to see the armor that I have on.

I looked inside the helmet I'm wearing to see a advanced hud display around me.

Y/n: Fascinating..

Eobard: Good. Now..*places him an earpiece on the right side of the helmet* I'll tell you how to do it while running. Now run, Y/n, Run!

WIthout question, Y/n took off outside of the house with a trail of red lightning pouring from behind.

[With Y/n]
He was running a few hundred miles away from his home as he then touched the earpiece on his helmet.

Y/n: Ok, now what exactly am I doing?

Eobard: Y/n, do you see any large boulders nearby?

Y/n: No, Why?

Eobard: Because I need you to run into one. Or more accurately, through one.

Y/n and Toga: What?

Eobard: If you vibrate at the natural frequency of air, your body... your cells will be in a state of excitement that should allow you to phase right through anything.

Y/n: Should?

Eobard: You can do this. I believe in you. I can't. Listen to me, Y/n. Breathe. Breathe. Feel the air. Feel that wind on your face.

Y/n slowly dod as his father spoke and calmed himself and controlled his breathing.

Eobard: Feel the ground, your feet lifting you up, pushing you forward, and the lightning...

The young speedster then started to vibrate his entire body and he began to feel lighter.

Eobatd: Y/n, feel the lightning. Feel its power. Its electricity pumping through your veins, crackling through you, traveling to every nerve in your body, like a shock. You're no longer you now. You're part of something greater. You're part of a speed-force. It's yours. Now do it.

Y/n: Okay..okay..

Y/n was getting close to the large boulder while he was still vibrating. Upon coming in contact, his body then began to phased through the boulder, almost passing through it like nothing but some passing one another. He exited from the other side and stops his body from vibrating. 

Y/n: Oh, damn..I can't believe I actually did it.

Eobard: I knew you could. Head back over here.

Y/n: You got it.

Y/n speeds back to where his dad and Toga are at.

Y/n: I'm back.

Toga jumped onto Y/n, wrapping herself around him and hugging him tight..

Toga: Y/n! You're so amazing.

Y/n: *holding her; lightly chuckles*

Eobard: I'll leave you two lovebirds alone. I got some business to run.

He then speeds off to parts unknown, leaving Y/n and Toga to themselves.

Y/n: Hmph..

Toga: *looks away bashful; muttering* wouldnt mind being your lover...

Y/n: What?

Toga: *quickly shakes her head* It's nothing. Anyways, now that you're done training, I was wondering..if we can hang out together.

Y/n: Like a date?

Toga: *face turns red* W-well..if you want it to be.

Y/n: You know what..i like that.

Toga: How about we head to the mall?

Y/n: Sure. Let me go get my things.

He set her down and ran inside his home and into his room to get his wallet, phone, a few thousand dollars from the bag he took from his previous home before going back to Toga.

Y/n: I'm back. *makes his costume fuse back into the ring* So..*lifts Toga princess style*

Toga: *yelps; giggles*

Y/n: You ready?

Toga: *wraps arms around neck* Yep.

Y/n chuckled as he exited red electricity before speeding away into town.

[In town]
Y/n and Toga were in a mall, but first had to get different clothing, so they were not recognized. Y/n doesn't wanna take the chance of coming across those "heroes".

[Timeskip]
They come out of a clothing store wearing different clothing..

Y/n: Well, aren't you looking good.

Toga: *kisses his cheek* Thanks. Say, Y/n. How about we go to the food cafe? They should have some good food.

Y/n: Sure.

As the two began to walk to the cafe, Y/n then spots a familiar green haired girl sitting on a table nearby. He quickly looked away as Toga noticed.

Toga: Something wrong?

Y/n: Yes. Remember the girl that used to be my friend?

Toga: Yeah? *looks towards Izumi* Is that her?

Y/n: Yeah. She and her friends i assume are most likely in U.A High. We better go before they notice.

[Somewhere else]
On another part of the mall, we can see a familiar broccoli color haired girl sitting with her friends..

Izumi: So you know of Y/n, right?

Tsuyu: Are you talking about the collar boy Bakugou mentioned before?

Izumi: Yeah. He's the guy I was talking about that wanted to come to U.A like me..but he was quirkless.

Ochako: Your friend should've known that Quirkless people wouldn't have a chance to be a hero.

Izumi: And yet he kept trying.

Tsuyu: This Y/n guy.. was he your friend?

Izumi: Well..he used to be. We got into a fight last time..i got blinded by rage and accidentally sent him flying to a wall. *saddened* I still wish I knew where he is, so I can tell him how sorry I am.

Ochako: Well, I really hope you do find him. Maybe with a hea-

Her attention was then directed towards a boy

Ochako: Hey, Izumi. I think you're friend is already nearby.

Izumi: *in shock* What?!

Ochako points towards where Y/n and Toga are at walking away. Izumi held her hand to her mouth in shock, seeing him after this long.

Izumi: Y/n..i-i can't believe it. *Gets up from her seat*

Ochako: Where are you going?

Izumi: I'm going after him.

She then runs out of the cafe to follow Y/n.

[With the main Duo]
Y/n was walking inside the crowd of people with Toga next to him.

Toga: We should be getting further away.

Y/n: Let's hope.

As the two were reaching the entrance, a voice called him out.

Izumi: Y/n!!

The young speedster tensed up from someone calling him as he looked back to see Izumi far, but heading their way.

Y/n: Fuck..not now.

Toga: Let's run for it.

Toga grabbed him as they ran out of the mall, pushing past anyone in front of them. They turned a corner, dashing into a alleyway. They stopped to take a breather..

Toga: I think we lost her. Was she really the one that used her quirk on you?

Y/n: Yeah. We better head back to my home.

Toga: Sounds like a plan..

The blonde girl jumps into Y/n's arms, wrapping her arms around his neck.

Izumi: *catches up to them* Wait!

Y/n gives her a glare with red lightning in her eyes. With that, he stormed of in a trail of red lightning, passing by Izumi who was bewildered from seeing his Quirk.

Izumi: W-what?? But I thought he was Quirkless. And that red lightning..

[At the previous Thawne Household]
Y/n's Mother can be seen getting packing her belongings to relocate somewhere. Her House was already 95% empty. She saw the note that Y/n left and she cries for days of the departure of her only son. She could not blame him, after all. Due to the Heroes interference, the family was broken.

Knowing that Inko, Mitsuki and Nerumi took part in nearly capturing her son, M/n decided to officially move out of the home she resides in, seeing that the heroes know the location. She didn't feel comfortable being in the same area..

M/n: These Heroes are suppose to be the inspiration of other becoming like them..but instead, those bastards drove my child away.

After she was done, she called the last belongings of hers outside to her vehicle to put them inside..

???: M/n?

M/n turms to see Inko behind her. She gives the green haired woman a sharp murderous glare before going  back to loading her belongings in her car.

M/n: What the hell do you want?

Inko: I only came to talk.

M/n: The one thing you can do for me is Fuck right off.

Inko: M/n. We were just trying to do what was best for Y/-

M/n: *enraged* DONT YOU EVEN FUCKING SAY MY BOY'S NAME!!

Inko flinched from the sudden outburst from M/n as she spoke..

M/n: You dare say that you were doing best for my son..and yet you forced me to have my him love as a quirkless bullied human being, that caused him to be a punching bag? And he had it worse, because you helped in it.

Inko: *sees her packed car* Arev you heading off somewhere?

M/n: If you can't already tell.. I'm moving away.

Inko: *in shock* W-what?

M/n: I cannot stay in a place where my son was hurt.

???: I'm afraid you can't.

Before M/n can react, she was karate chopped on the back of her neck, making her feel numb and knocked out on the ground. The person that did this: Mitsuki.

Mitsuki: I really hoped that it didn't have to come to this.

[Flashback]
All Might, Endeavor, Eraser Head, Midnight, Short Fuse and Green Psyche were in the Principal office of U.A High with another person..thing, whatever the fuck it is sitting on a desk.

Nezu: So..young Y/n is with his father..

Endeavor: Yes.. and his powers are getting stronger.

Nezu: This is not being a good thing.

All Might: A Power dampener will not work on him this time.

Short Fuse: What are we gonna do now?

Nerumi: No way! Hasn't that poor woman been through enough?! It's bad enough of what we've done to Y/n, we can't keep tormenting her.

Green Psyche: She already despises us for it. There's no way she will come to us willingly.

All Might: Then we'll have to do it by force.

Eraser Head: I don't think this is a good idea. Remember how Y/n took us down?

Endeavor: We were caught off guard and off balanced. Nothing more.

Nezu: Which is why I'm asking you three..*points to the three female pro heroes* to bring Ms Sparrows to U.A.

Inko: What purpose would that bring? Y/n left the house after Nerumi's quirk knocked her out.

Nerumi looked away in guilt, remembering that event.

Nezu: Doing this will ensure young Y/n comes out of hiding. Wherever he remains..

Endeavor: What if he resists?

Nezu: Well..then you have my permission to go all out. One less evil speedster in town for the better.

Endeavor: Now that I like. I'll be outside.

The flame hero then walks out of the office as the other heroes began to think next..

Mitsuki: I can't believe we are about to grab an innocent woman into this.

[Flashback end]
Inko looked down on the woman's face. She still her red puffs around her eyes, indicating that she was crying with Y/n's disappearance.. something she equally responsible for.

Inko: *feels saddened* What have we become?

Nerumi: *kneels down to the unconscious M/n* She will never forgive us for this.

Mitsuki: Yeah.. but what choice do we have?

Inko: Let's just get her into headquarters.

Mitsuki picked up M/n from the ground and held her over her shoulders.

Mitsuki: I can't believe All-Might and them is using her as bait to catch Y/n.

Inko: We're no heroes..

The three women then head towards the base with M/n in Nerumi's arms.
