[No one's POV]
Quirkless..a term constantly used by many other's today. Quirkless people are the people who possess absolutely no Quirk, particularly unique features, or anything that would put them under the classification of being superhuman. This caused many to look at them as a minority, seeing how they only made up 20% of the population.

Many.. many people who were born without special abilities are considered second-rate citizens, nobodies, and sometimes not with anything..let alone Saving.

[In a preschool]
A young boy can be seen getting beat up by some bullies. One of them is Katsuki Bakugo..

The little brown haired 5 year old boy seen getting hurt is our charade named Y/n.

He's covered in bruises, a black swollen eye, and many burn marks.. Y/n also had something clamped onto his neck: A growing Quirk dampening collar that he had no idea why it was on him.

Kid Katsuki: Take that, you Quirkless freak!

Bully 1: Yeah. *kicks him in the stomach* Go back to the villains, trash!

Kid Y/n: *crying, while trying to cover himself* Please stop!

???: Leave him alone, Katsuki!

A little girl ran in front of the injured y/n with arms out to defend him. She had green hair with red beads, a gray shirt, shorts and red shoes. This is Izumi Midorya

Kid Izumi: Why are you doing this, Katsuki?

Kid Katsuki: Because a Villain's kid should know their place.

Kid Izumi: It's not right, Katsuki! *gets into a fighting stance* If you keep on hurting him..i-i'll fight you.

Hearing this, made Katsuki and his lackeys laugh with comedic tears in their eyes.

Katsuki: Pathetic..you are siding with him? Alright. You can share in his pain.

With that, Katsuki and his lackeys charged at the two with their quirks active. Izumi prepares to defend herself and Y/n..but it was all for naught.

[Timeskip]
Katsuki and his goons got done beating the hell out of Izumi and Y/n. Before he left, Katsuki gave one last explosive punch to Y/n's face.

Katsuki: You have no place in this world, scum. Do us a favor..and die.

The little bastard then left the injured duo on the ground. The beaten Y/n slowly rose his head in pain to look at Izumi.

Kid Y/n: Why..

Kid Izumi: Huh?

Kid Y/n: Why did you try to protect me?

Kid Izumi: *whinces in pain* B-because..that's what heroes do.

She crawled up to Y/n

???: Y/n!!

Both children turned to see their mothers coming to them.

His mother got down and cradled him with tears in her eyes.

M/n(mother's name): My baby! Are you ok?!

Kid Y/n: *weakly looks up* Mommy?

Inko: *holds Izumi in her arms* Pretty sure it was that Bakugo kid again.

M/n: I swear..i don't know how that attitude of his came to be. Not that I'm blaming Mitsuki or her husband for it.

Inko: Let's get our kids healed.

Inko and M/n then went into their individual cars and drove to their homes.

She opened the door, entered before locking the door and setting her child onto the couch.

M/n: I can't believe I agreed to this. All because of those "Heroes"..

[Flashback: 4.5 years ago]*nighttime*

M/n was watching her little bundle of joy playing with his blocks..

M/n: So precious.

Baby Y/n makes babbling noises as M/n smiles at the adorable scene on the floor with him..

M/n: How can something so adorable..come from someone as twisted as him?

She then scoops her her baby as he looks at her with a curious look.

M/n: I know that one day when your older..you'll be an amazing hero everyone can be proud of.

Even if he does not understand her fully, Baby y/n still cooed at his mother, which made the woman hug him.

M/n: *thinking* You may be Thawne's child..but you are not like him.

[A few months later]
M/n is doing some sewing in the living room as Y/n was crawling on the floor. While he was not looking where he was going, he bumped his head onto a shelf.

M/n: Huh?

Baby Y/n: *sniffles; Builds up to cry*

M/n: Oh my god.

She dropped he seeing stuff and grabbed some nearby medical ointment to try and dress up the wound, but by then..he started to cry.

M/n: Shh..shh. It's ok, Y/n.

Her attempts were futile as he continued crying. Next thing that shocked her to the core was lighting started to emit from the crying child's body. The color of this said lighting was one that she was familiar with..

M/n: No..no, it can't happen now!!

The red lighting then exploded violently, sending the mother flying into a wall.

M/n: Ah!!

The Red lighting roared in the night skies, getting some heroes attention. She rushes forward to cradled her child. Doing so also caused her to recently get shocked by the lighting itself. She rubbed his head in a calming way that helped reduce the pain. The baby looked at his mother and slowly stopped crying..but he still had some Red electricity sparkling out of him..

M/n: *rocks him* It's ok...it's ok.

???: Madam..are you all right?

M/n looked up to see some of the Pro Heroes at her doorstep.

All Might

Midnight

Endeavor

Midnight: Miss..is everything ok?

M/n: I'm..im not sure. *holds Y/n close*

Y/n held his mother tight for comfort as the Heroes then entered her home. Midnight used some of her Quirk to calm the infant to sleep.. Next, a red blur then appeared next to the heroes. It's revealed to be one of the American Pro Heroes: The Flash.

Flash: I came as soon as infelt the Negative SpeedForce nearby.

Midnight: Well, you just missed out. Because that that child was the one with the red.

Flash: W-what? *turns to M/n* Ma'am..may I ask who was your son's father?

M/n: Umm..

Endeavor: *gets closer* I suggest that you tell us, Woman.

M/n: *feels frightened*

Midnight: *grabs the #2 Hero* Hey back off, Flame brain. You're scaring her.

Endeavor: Hmph..

Midnight: *turns to the mother* Sorry about him. Now..would you be so kind to tell us?

M/n took a lot of thought to it. It's been over 6 months since The Flash subdued his Arch-nemesis and had him locked up in Iron Heights. She was a bit hesitant..but she decided to tell me.

M/n: The Father of Y/n was..Eobard Thawne.

The scarlet speedster was shocked to hear that this baby boy was the Son of his most hated enemy. And right now, he has just learned that he just unlocked the Negative SpeedForce within himself. Endeavor stared at the Baby with a blank look, hearing of his heritage with the Reverse-Flash.

Midnight: What do you think we should do now?

Endeavor: *turns to the baby*  I believe it's best the child should be taken to a secure place.

M/n: NO!! *clutches Y/n* YOU'RE NOT TAKING MY BABY AWAY!

Midnight: But there's no telling if that powers of his would spark.

???: Guys, come on..

They turned to more pro heroes coming their way..

Green Psyche: You can't just take someone's baby like that. Especially if it's one of my closer friends.

Flash: But he does have the Negative SpeedForce in him. It can't be left alone inside the baby.

Short Fuse: Even so, you all probably cause that red lighting to appear again.

Endeavor: Then what do you suggest we do?

All Might kept staring at little Y/n in his mother's protective arms. He could have the qualities to be a hero.. but to have that familiar red lighting could stir trouble in the future.

All Might: I believe i have an idea.

Midnight: And what exactly is this idea?

All Might: We place a power damperer onto him.

M/n: A damperer?

Flash: It should keep the Negative SpeedForce he has locked inside, so he can't use it.

M/n: But..what about him becoming a hero?

Midnight: I'm sorry to say this, but..I don't think he should become one.

M/n: W-what are you talking about?

Endeavor: Think about it. Based on what The Flash spoke of, Eobard Thawne was one of the most powerful and villainous beings we ever faced. Even All Might himself couldn't fight him.

All Might: I never thought that One for All can be useless against someone like him.

Flash: It's a good thing you all reached out to me.

Green Psyche: But what exactly can we use to keep his power at bay?

Flash: I got something for him.

The scarlet speedster then took out what seems to be a hi-tech collar..

M/n: What is that thing?

Short Fuse: It's a specialized device meant to suddue the dangerous of Quirks.

Flash quickly latched the collar onto the baby, which caused the Red lighting to be shortened until it stopped. The baby them felt calm as little Y/n then started to fall asleep.

M/n: At least my baby is ok.

All Might:  Even so, we still stand by our decision to not let him become a hero.

M/n: B-but Why??

Short Fuse: I'm sorry, but his Quirk is too dangerous to be let out. Not to mention, thel public will most likely downgrade him a Villain if he showed the same speed as Thawne.

M/n: But..what would mean he'll have to live Quirkless. He'll be tormented by his own peers by the time he in kindergarten.

Endeavor: I don't believe you have any other choice. It's this..or say goodbye to your son.

This is where the Young mother felt conflicted. She wants her boy to become a hero..but with his power activating now, it'll bring unwanted attention between her and her child. And now she'll have to raise him different to prevent him taken away. She she's a single tear before she spoke.

M/n: ok...the collar stay on.

All Might: Very well.

He turned to see the Media about to approach the home.

Midnight: Sometimes, I really hate the Media.

Endeavor: Let's get out of here.

Endeavor, Midnight, Short Fuse and All Might then took their attention to the media as The Flash and Green Psyche stared at the saddened woman on the floor. The female pro-hero went towards her.

Green Psyche: I know this is difficult..but you'll see that is for the good of society.

M/n: Please..just leave me alone.

Green Psyche looked saddened by this and decided not to press any further and leave the household. The Flash then looked at Little Y/n.

Flash: I hope you know that despite being who's son he is..he's not the same as him. *places arm on her shoulder* He'll be alright.

He then speeds back to the United States in Coast City, leaving the mother take in her thoughts.

M/n: *looks at her sleeping child* Y/n..

[Flashback End]
She got done fixing up his wounds and nursing him back to health. She grabbed her little boy and headed to his bedroom to place him onto his bed. She wrapped him under his blanket and gave him a kiss on his forehead.

M/n: I'm sorry, Y/n..I really am. Being forced to wear this all the time. I hope that something changes in the future.

She then headed towards her bed and layed, trying to wonder what could be her child's future.

[Somewhere in Iron Heights]
Up against a wall, bounded on his wrist and Ankles is the Flash most hated enemy..the Reverse-Flash.

*Replace Deathstroke with Thawne. The restraints he's in are built with a material to drain his SpeedForce to a degree where he can barely use it*

He felt the Negative SpeedForce awaken off country..

Reverse-Flash: So.. the lad finally awakened the SpeedForce within himself. These restrains won't hold me forever.

Guard: Be quiet in there, or you will get shocked.

Reverse-Flash: Empty threats to a living paradox. At least my offspring..would pick up from where I left off.

Guard: *bangs on his cell* I SAID SHUT UP!!

Guard2: Relax, his time will come the moment his death comes.

Next to his cell is an 15 minute countdown..for his execution.

Guard2: In the meantime..it's time for his daily shocks.

The first guard gets what he's saying and brings out a remote. He presses a button which gives off the same red NSF lighting he generates. But instead of energizing him..this actually hurts him

Reverse-Flash: AHHHHHHH!!!

This kept going for a about 10 more seconds before the man moved his finger from the button, canceling the shocks.

Reverse-Flash: *pants* This pain..is nothing compared to what I'll do to you two when I'm out of here.

Guard2: *takes remote from ally* Yeah..but that won't happen.

He presses the button again, giving the Reverse-Flash more electrical torment. But boy..what he has planned will send them to the grave.
