'I GOT IT!'

This one's gonna be a short one.

Guys, have you ever thought about selfreflection?

And I don't mean a: I am good at this, I am bad at this- kinda thing...

I much more mean a, you stand up in the morning, and now that's to everyone out there who has problems to relly start the day in the morning, like me, you stand up, or let's say, you at least sit up. Don't lay down again afterwards. You got this, mate! And then you think. And I know thinking in the mornibg, right after waking up? What do you want from me? But I promise you got that! Think about who you are, but in a sprcific way.

Think about the people you want to contact today, at least 3!

Think about how much water you want to drink today, at least 2 liter!

Think about one fruit, you crave, only one! Try to focus on one. And only on the fruit! No bread, no sweets. It doesn't matter what you will have for breakfast later. But for now, think of that fruit.

Think of that fruit and think about the people you will contact. Drink water! And than stand up if you haven't.

Do it and tell me how you feel afterwards!






In the evening you do a reflection.

How much water have you drunk?

Have you contacted the people you wanted to contact?

And then, think about things you did today, you are proud of. Think of at least three and write them down. You can pin these small paper pieces against a walk or you collect them in a jar. And then go to sleep. Try to think of nothing else. At the end of the week review them. You should have at least 21 paper pieces. Look at them and be openly proud of you. Just for this little moment try to only think about the words on these paper pieces.
