Once Again

Being with the Pines twins wasn't as bad as she thought.

Once she was properly introduced to everyone, and explained that Stanford Pines had sent her to be shown around the village, the nerdy boy looked up from his book.

"How do you know Grunckle Ford?" He asked, eagerly looking at her.

"What's a Grunckle?" Returned Cassie, a bit meekly.

"Great Uncle. Man, you are so lucky to have us teach you these things." Mabel said, her grin widening.

"Oh. Mr. Pines is working on something at my house with my greaaaaattt....Grunckle Fiddleford."

The awkward boy, who she soon learned was called Dipper, warmed up to her after that. She met the other people who lived there, including the owner, Soos, who she thought was a dough ball, and Wendy, who was only excited for certain illegal things.

And then there was Stan's twin brother. He was much gruffer then his brother, and seemed to not be in very good shape. He had numerous cuts along his body, and wasn't wearing formal dress pants. Cassie liked him. She thought he was very interesting.

The whole day, she was pulled apart by the twins. Dipper wanted to play a nerd game, and Mabel wanted to watch a movie about a duck detective.

Cassie finally got up the nerve to ask them to explore in the woods with her. She really wanted to see a certain section of the woods, and Dipper took her up on her word.

The two of them headed out, and Cassie was es Tarif to see all of the different types of plants.

But the most interesting thing was the things Dipper said about this journal that he was writing.

It was about the different odd creatures in Gravity Falls.

Eventually Cassie stopped paying attention.

And then she noticed an odd pattern in the vines of the forest, making a path to a clearing.

In the middle there was a statute of a triangle with a top hat.

Dipper froze as she walked up to the statue.

OOOOOHHHHHH SO EXCITED TO WRITE THIS CHAPTER! Hope you enjoyed!
