I keep hearing a really loud ringing in my ears

Like, I didn't notice it until a few minutes ago, but then realized how fucking loud it was

Ehhhh, idk. My body is fucked up. Getting random pains that feel like I'm being brutally stabbed, headaches, and ringing in my ears that has been happening for years.
