My throats feels like it's on fire, and I can't stop coughing

My throat literally feels like somebody is pouring toxic acid down my throat, while proceeding to slowly carve it with a needle

I can't stop coughing as well, and my throat feels like it's backed up

My sister did give me a food that makes phlegm build up in the back of my throat (don't ask), sooo... maybe?
