I just thought of this guy, so he can't really talk but he can glow in the dark, his eyes can turn into Static and so can his tongue his spikes can flicker to any color and so can can the shapes on his fur I may edit him to give him a more burst of color. He is all black except for the shapes on his fur they are usually blue :3 he is kinda like the chest cat but more twisted and more creepy. If he tries to talk all that can be herd is static or a beeping sound so Yee :/
