So the gray on the uniform while be is overall color for him his eye color will be the strapes

The black will be his hair/fur is black (May add some highlights though :3) the marking on his body will be gold and red. Those are the parts that glow :3

This part ^ will be black with stripes of red and gold on the very tips of the feather.
He is a strange looking Nature dragon but half of the characters in this universe that have the glowing ability are darker shades of color so it seems brighter. Not all nature dragons in the universe have that ability however! If a nature dragon has than ability they are like a black leopard and the nature dragons that don't have that glowing thing are the regular leopards.
They are the same species :3 also this is the only species in the universe I'm creating that has both glowing ability and regular. The other species are just only glowing ability or just something else :3
