(SOME SPOILERS AHEAD)

I haven't been keeping up with the show since the end of season 4, but here are my thoughts.

Pros:

-Ken Jeong literally just makes everything better

-Joel McHale hosted a few times, and Yvette Nicole Brown and Kenan Thompson were guest hosts too. I like all of those people.

-TOM BERGERON WAS A CONTESTANT AND HE DIDN'T SING ALL THAT WELL HONESTLY BUT HE'S LITERALLY ICONIC AND I LOVE HIM

-Some of the costume designs were really impressive/creative

-The Alien's costume looks like Invader Zim and I love that

-It had a fun premise, and I liked guessing the singers

-Some of the people on that show were legitimately amazing, holy shit

Cons:

-The Frog made it WAY too far into the season, and it annoyed the hell out of me. He rapped instead of singing, which. Hello? Singing show??? He literally was only there as long as he was because the judges liked his dancing and he was really showy, which was NOT THE POINT OF THE SHOW.

-Robin Thicke

- (TW // R@p3) Too many references to Blurred Lines. When Joel McHale sung it I wanted to scream because holy fuck Jeff Winger is seriously not singing about date rape right now /neg

-Why tf are there like four different versions of the Monster

-The way Nicole kind of just lost interest in Victor Oladipo after he unmasked and thirsted for other contestants in the very next season was kind of... wtf

-LOGAN PAUL WAS ON THIS SHOW EW

-The thing with Mickey Rourke was just... weird and pointless
