It looks like that! - 'Siamese twins' are twins born connected with some body parts - so human siamese twins can be connected with their bellies, limbs, butts or heads... - & 'The Trolls Fashion Twins' Satin & Chenille are most probably permanently connected with Their Hair! ( - or maybe you saw them separately in a movie in at least One Scene?... - I'm almost sure that I Didn't! - They were 'joined with their hair' all the time, I guess - they only could stretch it to some extend, if necessary )

And if you didn't know which of them was which - I can tell you because I checked that: Satin 🌺 is the Pink One - & Chenille 💙 is the Blue One!  ^_^  ( - now you have no doubt about that! :) )

As we can see they would look Identical if they had the same color - but Satin is pink with a blue nose - & her twin sister Chenille is Blue with a pink nose :)  - & both of them have their Individual style of clothes :) 

Their clothes look like made of pine cones or flower petals, Satin is wearing tube socks - & Chenille has a bracelet ( or maybe a bracelet shaped tattoo on her right ankle )

They are called 'Fasion Twins' 

- because they are very much interested in fashion. ( - I dare to say 'They're Fashion Experts' because they like dresses, nice clothes & make up & they help other Troll girls choose the nicest clothes for Every Occasion to make them Look Their Best! 😁👍 😁👌 ) 

Additional observation: 

- Satin is probably the Only Troll Girl who wears more than 1 Earring in Every Ear! :) - She has 2 earrings in her both ears! - can you see it? :) 

& other Troll Girls in Troll Village wear either just 1 earring per ear - or No Earrings At All ! 😊
