If Trolls were so Small that they were carried by bugs - the Bergens could be human sized, I guess. ( Something like Gargamel size compared to Smurfs ). 

They were big enough to hold a Troll in one hand & looked like Giants in comparison to them. But as the header picture shows - their sizes differed as well.
