11. I am Allergic to...


 - I am generally healthy, & don't have any physical things alleries... - so the only thing I could say here is: 'I am Allergic to Negativity!' 👎😷


That's why I don't follow accounts that write Only Sad Things All The Time ( cause there Are such accounts here & on twitter ).

I know that Bad Things Happen - & I understand that Everyone has the right to be sad from time to time - that's why when I notice that someone is Sad - I instantly try to make them feel better & cheer them up! 😁👍

( - & I promise to Keep Trying as long as It Makes Sense!  ^_~ ⤴ )

( - but if some users just have Negative Minds - noone can help them change their way of thinking as long as they don't want to change it Themselves: the good change must start in Them - & would be Much Better For Their Own Health than just staying sad like that )


Now I can give You All a Good Piece of Advice: 

1. If something Really Bad Ever Happens to You - you have the right to be sad, disappointed & cry - but don't let it ruin your happines & take it away for Years ( - now I'm relating to Branch's case ) because you have Only One Life - & the Years Lost on Being Unhappy won't be returned. 


2. Instead of Overthinking the Negative things that are happening around - try to focus your attention on Even The Smallest Positive Thing You Can Think about! ( If this 'Small Positive Thing' makes you feel 5% better - It was worth finding & thinking of it! 😉👍 )

3. When you're in a Bad Mood - Don't write Sad Things!... - Try to write something Positive! ( - Can be some motivational quote you like ) - & it will work as 'Self-Recovery'!  ^_~ 👌

4. Remember that: 


- So Try to Think POSITIVE As Much As Possible! 😁
