Wind Chester's 'lizard kid' form is his go to all time favourite form, although he's known to regularly change into animals to become part of The Firestarter's acts. He states that this form was inspired by a winged lizard like creature that can be found on Asteria, and over time it was tweaked as his personality grew. His colours in his wings grew miss matched as a sort of reflection of his 'naughty and nice' trait where he's kind hearted but still a prankster. As he got bigger he added a tail fin to match when his tail got too heavy and caused too much drag to properly fly.
