One of Kalana's legendaries, Vapisyve, the lost souls Pokémon. It like the other two legendaries of Kalana has a tail that isn't part of its body, made of water a liquid, while the other two have tails made of a gas and a solid. It's not very fast but doesn't have to be, having a high defense. It was fun trying to the stats to Vapisyve, although I'm pretty sure I may of made it kind of over powered. ^^'
