Concept: these two wannabe tough fighters get chained together and are forced to get along to avoid a common enemy. The Lucario however is determined to make it difficult and the Greninja is ready to cut off his own hand before he dies attached to the whiner. In the end though,  through quality time and trials they gain common ground, learn they have a lot in common and slowly become friends.
