An Odd One's Theory people concept art

Some concept art for the inhabitants of Kapatin!

Clara is a widowed woman living in Kapatin, she owns a bakery and a small pub. She's related to Doran, who is the village mayor and her brother, which is why she's the other other person besides Doran himself that has a house above ground, as the rest of the village live underground. Clara's husband was a Hunter but unfortunately died on duty defending some merchants from thugs. Clara owns a diant (basically a giant wolf like animal) that she named Otto, this giant beast has been with her since she was little and thus is a pretty old animal. Clara is very respectful and a kind soul, she is one of the few Kapatians that don't dislike Mytyo, Sharp and Thorn, she was the one that showed Thorn and Sharp that some people aren't just about money after she gave them food even when they didn't have anything. Clara also really likes Cabica and even after Cabica accidentally lit the town's school on fire she held no ill will against Cabica due to her being a child who is yet to learn her own strength. Due to her status she has nicer clothes then most of the Kapatians, but never will you here her brag or see her use said status to get her own way.

Matilda is one of the Hunters, which are deemed to be the 'knights' of Kapatin. She's the younger sister of the mysterious and powerful leader of the Hunters Arckine. She has a small young pumla that she calls Suntaria whom which she found abandoned and adopted and Matilda's favourite weapon is a crossbow. While she may not nearly as skilled as the others due to being the baby of the group but she tries, and that's what matters to her. Matilda is strong of heart and creative, she's also typically the one that comes up with campfire stories for the Hunters while they're on trips, she's a lot more laid back and childish then the others due to her age, but is on her way to becoming a fully independent Hunter.
Design notes: The colour green is a very popular colour to be worn by the folks of Kapatin, not only is green dye delightfully affordable and easy to get, it's symbolic in their culture. Green is a symbol of life, plants and peace. As they are close with the earth both literally and spiritually, it's important that green be on their outfit. Woman typically tend to wear a hood, while it's not required it's considered proper. More often then not the secondary colour on a Kapatian's clothes will be of their eye colour.
