I honestly don't know what this Seforia is doing with her arms, but she's doing something. Maybe she has water on her paws and is holding them out to dry or it's the beginning of a massive planet destroying spell, nobody will ever really know because I could imagine this particular sefortia to be very scatterbrained and not even she herself knows what exactly she's doing.

Sefortians are genetically very similar to piyans, unknowable by them they share common  ancestors that originate from Poyoan when it was still young in the universe, the species that would eventually evolve to be sefortian developed magical abilities including spells that allowed their kind to jump entire galaxies away where they started to live and evolve on other planets. Sefortians are known as the snowflake race due to the fact that when a sefortian egg is laid it's egg completely adapts to its environment, producing a sefortian with very unique characteristics. Due to this, there's near endless possibilities to how a sefortian can turn out.
