Rainbow's POV

Suddenly, I appeared at the Wonderbolts training camp. "How did I get here, and how come anypony else isn't herue?" I pondered. I didn't know what to do since the place was practically empty. I finally decided to go to Spitfire's office. Once I got there, Spitfire looked like she was disappointed to see me. "Spitfire, what going on?" I asked. "That's Coach Spitfire to you!" Spitfire sassed. "Why are you here?" Spitfire asked in a rather rude tone. "The more important question is, where is everypony else?" I replied. "Answer my question!!" Spitfire shouted. "I don't know how I got here, I just suddenly... appeared." I answered. "Do I look like I was born yesterday?" Spitfire asked. "No... mam" I said.

"I think you should leave now!" Spitfire groaned. "Why? I don't even know where to go. Besides, this is like going to be my home once I become a Wonderbolt." I defended. "Become a Wonderbolt? Become a Wonderbolt!? You don't have what it takes to be a Wonderbolt!!" Spitfire yelled. "You are like the exact opposite of a Wonderbolt!!" Spitfire continued. Suddenly my eyes started to become soft and watery. "What is happening to me?" I thought. "But Spitfire, while I was at the Wonderbolts training camp you said I was a leader." I acknowledged. "What in Equestria are you talking about?" Spitfire said. "After that, Lightning Dust came back and beat you in every race there was. I saw you begin to grow tired and eventually you gave up." Spitfire explained. "Give up? Me?" I was very confused. Spitfire nodded. "I don't even know why I'm talking to you anymore. Get out of my office!" Spitfire finished, and with that I was sent out of the room, while I was outside walking away, Spitfire shouted "You're never going to be a Wonderbolt!" 

That's it. I was done arguing. There was nothing I could do. So I just sat in the middle of the Wonderbolt road, and cried. Cried until my body couldn't take it anymore. Now I could never do the dream job that I wanted even as a child. It was all gone. I promised myself I would never fly again. What's the point of flying if you can't be your best? I was so furious I just started punching my wings until they were as purple as Twilight's. I looked up at Spitfire's office and saw Spitfire giving Lightning Dust a Wonderbolt's suit. That was going to be my suit. "Nice going Rainbow Crash!" somepony teased me. I sighed. I looked up to see Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy, Applejack, Rarity, and Twilight. Boy, I was happy to see them. "Pinkie Pie, that wasn't very nice" Fluttershy said. "Well that's all she is!" Pinkie Pie said. Everypony except Fluttershy agreed. "But guys, we're friends!" I explained. "We were darling" Rarity said. "What?" I asked. "We don't want to be friends with a loser." Applejack teased. "Or an egghead" Twilight reminded. Pinkie Pie, Twilight, Applejack, and Rarity hoof-bumped and walked away. Fluttershy started following them slowly. "You too Fluttershy?" I asked. "Fluttershy started crying "You failed me!" Fluttershy cried and quickly (as quick as she go) ran off to the others. I sighed. Then all of a sudden a pie got shoved in my face.

"Haha. Nice going Rainbow Crash!" That was Sorian's voice. Then, I slowly stated eating the crumbs of the pie. I licked it all off to find Scootaloo standing in front of me. "Scootaloo! I am so happy to see you! Today has just been the worst day!" I complained. Scootaloo also started crying "Were you crying? And what happened to your wings?" Scootaloo asked. "I wasn't crying... I was producing liquid pride. And I... accidently ran into a pole. Silly me" I answered. "What's going on with you? Why are you crying?" I asked. "YOU LIED TO ME!!!!" Scootaloo shouted. "Ok fine, I was crying and I was punching my wings because I was upset." I answered. "No not that! You told me that if you work hard enough, your dreams can come true. But look at you! You're covered in pie!" Scootaloo explained. "I honestly don't know how I got here." I said. "And it's not just you. I'm talking about me!" Scootaloo continued. "You knew from the first day you met me I wanted to fly, five years later, and I still can't fly!" Scootaloo cried even harder. "Scootaloo..." I started. I tried to put my arm around her, but she immediately backed away. "Don't touch me!" Scootaloo said and with that, she ran off. 

That was the final straw until I heard my friends calling "my name" in my head. "Rainbow Crash, Rainbow Crash, Rainbow Crash!" It kept repeating and it was really annoying. Slowly it started turning into Rainbow Dash and then I suddenly disappeared from the training camp and appeared inside the secret entrance in the Crystal Castle. "Oh my gosh Rainbow Dash! We were so worried because you started crying and we didn't know what to do and we thought that all hope was lost and you be stuck sitting in that spot for ever and ever and ever and your eyes would stay that red, green, purple color! But I so glad you're back!!" Pinkie rambled. "When I sat there, my worst fear came "true"." Twilight explained. "...what happened in there?" Twilight asked. "I don't want to talk about it." Rainbow Dash mumbled. "It was really that bad sugarcube?" Applejack asked. "Take a look for yourself" Rainbow Dash insisted. The entrance soon glew with Applejack's cutie mark. "I think this all a waste of time. Why would we want to discover our worst fears? There must be another way!" Rarity pointed out. "I'm going in" Applejack said. Her friends hugged her as she approached the door.
