1.0//The Boys
Hey guys, sorry i've been so inactive lately. But hey, this week, I just might be updating some more. I've been going through a LOT these last few months, and i've had no time to be updating. So i've been a ghost reader. I'll start updating more often.
I couldn't believe the nerve of my damned mother. That woman will pay.
I sat, pouting in the backseat of their nice car as they tried to be nice to me.
"Hi, Luna. Sorry about everything. We won't be too harsh on you," one with brown hair told me, smiling. "I'm Calum, by the way."
I appreciated the kindness, but I wouldn't let them have the satisfaction of getting to me. "Whatever," I sighed, looking out the window at the trees zooming past. The one with green hair snickered from the front. "'We won't be too harsh.' Yeah, right."
Calum kept smiling at me, ignoring the green-haired boy's comment. He took a lock of my hair, feeling it between his fingers. "Your hair.." he murmured, sighing and examining it. I turned, my arms crossed, and frowned at him. "What about my hair?" I hissed.
He retracted, as if i'd insulted him. "It's beautiful, Luna," he said, dropping my hair and turning away. I glanced in the rearview mirror, looking at myself. My hair was frizzy from lack of conditioner, but still silky. But in my opinion, it was hideous. It was shit brown and fell flat on my shoulders. "No it's not," I whispered too quietly for him to hear.

"Luna," I was shaken awake by Calum's hands. "We've stopped at a gas station. Want anything?"
I was disoriented, so I said nothing for a minute. I finally regained my composure and answered. "Um, just some chips, maybe? And some cold coffee would be nice." I hadn't realized I had fallen asleep. I shook myself awake and looked out the window as Calum walked away. The sky was dark, so I must've slept for a few hours.
I chastised myself for sleeping in a car full of teenage boys. No idea what they could've pulled off while I was asleep. But thankfully, there was no sign of anything on my body. I watched a blonde haired boy pump the gas, but looked away quickly as he glanced at me. He was attractive, this much was true, but I couldn't be distracted by looks. These boys bought me to do all their work. I can't let them know I was attracted.
I pulled out my phone and checked the lock screen. I had no service, of course. But where were we? The time read 12:30. It was midnight, and we were still driving? I was tempted to ask the blonde boy, but I was afraid he would snap at me. I decided to ask Calum when he gets back.
I stayed put in the car, even thought I could easily open the door and make a run for it. But then again, i'd have to stay in the woods, and i've no idea where we are anyway. I would just wander around until they found me or I starved.
I sighed as Calum climbed back into the car and handed me a cold Starbucks mocha and a can of Pringles. "Thanks," I said quietly. I opened the bottle and drank some, sitting quietly as Calum talked.
"So the blonde boy is Luke, he's kind of a hermit, but he has a secret soft side. He can also be a total dick. But then there's Michael, the green haired boy. He dyes his hair every week almost, so don't get used to one look. Michael is a big dick too," He stopped as Michael got in the car, with a large bag of barbecue chips and a two liter Mountain Dew. He glared at Calum briefly before tearing into his chips.
"Then the guy with the bandana is Ashton, and he's fun. You'll really like him, I think. He doesn't like to be too rough on the girls," Calum continued, and I stopped. Too rough on the girls? Does that mean they've bought other girls too? How long have they been doing that?
I tried to shake away the lingering feeling that i'm doing more than just maid work.
