Nico's POV

Nico sat in a shady spot underneath Thalia's pine tree overlooking the camp, this is the perfect spot, Nico thought to himself as he took out his pad and pencils.

He watched the sun rise and thought of the beautiful colors on the blank page but as beautiful as the sunrise was he wasn't drawing that he was drawing something or more like someone more beautiful.

Nico closed his eyes and imagined Will's perfectly handsome face. His hand glided across the paper as he sketched Will's perfect jawline, his soft pink lips, his beautiful eyes (which he added the brightest blue for) and finely his soft gorgeous golden curls. He added the darkest and lightest yellow to create the right color.

He spent the entire morning working on Will's portrait when he was finished he closed his notebook and gathered his supplies as he headed to his cabin. Right before he opened the door he heard someone yell, "Nico!"

He froze, he knew that southern accent from anywhere, and turned around,"Yeah?" 

"Where are you going?" Will panted.

Nico rolled his eyes, "I'm going to Canada."

Will smiled, "Well can I come too?"

Nico frowned, "I guess dumb people don't know what sarcasm is."

"Hey! That's not nice," Will pouted.

Nico rolled his eyes again, "I got to go meet up with Percy to train in the arena I'll talk to you later."

"Okay."

Nico put his supplies in his cabin before heading to the arena.

Will's POV 

After Nico left Will entered the Hades cabin he didn't mean to snoop he just left his hoodie in here and went back to get it.

But as he past the table he saw a sketch pad and his curiosity got the best of him. He opened it and took in a quick breath he didn't know Nico was a talented artist.

A pang of jealousy hit him and he frowned slightly when he saw that most of his drawing were of Percy from different angles then he realized in one of the drawing Percy was holding Annabeth.

In the next it was Hazel and Frank, then Leo with Festus.

When he turned the page and saw himself he gasped.

Nico drew him so perfectly he made Will's hair seem as if it's glowing and his blue eyes the warmest shade of blue if that's even possible because instead of icy blue eyes his eyes seem to be inviting him to come and talk.

Nico made Will's smile so beautiful he wondered if that's how he really smiles. And the last drawing seems more new by how some of the ink looks to be slightly wet.

It was of Will laughing and holding a marshmallow on a stick. Will smiled, "Who knew Nico could draw?" He asked himself out loud.

"And who knew you were the type to snoop around in a cabin that isn't yours?" A voice said from the doorway.

Will spun around quickly, "I'm sorry, Nico. I can explain-"

Percy started laughing, "You're face! I'm not Nico by the way."

Will huffed, "That wasn't nice."

Percy smirked, "You snooping doesn't seem very nice either."

"I didn't mean too," Will muttered.

"Sure."

"I really didn't I came to get my hoodie and this sketch pad caught my attention."

"Okay two things. First why was your hoodie in here in the first place? And second what sketchpad?"

"The sketch pad I'm holding  and I came to check on Nico and got a little hot so I took it off and forgot it."

"Okay I'm not going to question why you were so hot when it's always freezing in here."

Will blushed, "It's not how you make it to see."

"Can I see the sketch pad?"

"Um, I'm not sure Nico would like that."

"I'm sure he wouldn't want you to look at either but you already have so what the problem?"

Will sighed, "Okay but hurry up because we need to get out of here before Nico gets back."

Will handed it to Percy when Percy opened it his eyes got big. As he kept looking he started smiling. "These are amazing."

"Yes they really are."

"He's actually quite talented."

Percy must have got to the last page because he smirked, "So anything going on with you and the Ghost king, eh?"

"No," Will blushed.

"Who said you guys could come in without asking?"

Will and Percy both turned to the voice at the doorway. Percy quickly hid the sketchpad behind his back, "Hi."

"What are you doing here?" Nico asked with his eyes narrowed.

"Um, nothing. I just came to check to see if you were okay after the arena and saw Will in here. And we were just chatting."

Nico glanced at Will who nodded his head.

"What's behind you're back?" Nico asked.

"Oh, this?" He said pulling the sketchpad from behind his back.

"Yes."

"Oh, it's my planner."

"Really?"

"Yeah."

"Hmm. It looks a lot like my book."

"Nope. This is mine."

Nico snatched it from Percy his eyes got wide when he saw it was his sketchpad.

"It's not nice to go through peoples stuff when they aren't there, you know?"

"Will saw it first and I just came and saw him snooping and well I may have assisted in the snooping. Sorry."

"That's fine."

"Okay, well I'm gonna go now."

After Percy left Nico turned to Will with a glare, "Why were you in my cabin?"

"I came to get my hoodie and I just... my curiosity got the best of me. I'm sorry."

Nico sighed, "Well at least I can get feedback, so what you think?"

"The drawing are beautiful. I didn't know you were so talented. I especially like my portrait," Will said with a smirk.

Nico blushed, "Uh, thanks."

"You know, I think I look better in drawings than in real life."

"That's a lie, you look way better in person."

Will raised an eyebrow and Nico blushed. Will walked over to Nico and pulled him close to him, "Well you are more beautiful than anyone I've ever seen and that's saying a lot seeing as I've seen Aphrodite's kids."

Nico laughed, "Hmm, is that so?"

"It is," Will said smoothly before leaning down and kissing Nico. Nico sighed into the kiss and pulled Will closer to him. When they pulled away Will said, "I still think I should have been the first in your sketchbook."

Nico smirked, "You were my first everything that should count as more."

Will smiled and said, "Yeah it does." Before pulling in them both in bed.
