"Oh. I'm Jason." I flinched at the name...Jason....I miss you bud. He raised a eyebrow at that. "Sorry. Just...past." I mentioned wishing Will was here. "Im Damian." The boy who had been in the headlock said. Being polite.

But I could see the thinking behind those eyes. He was glaring at me too.

Suddenly another kid popped in about my age. "I'm Tim. Please tell me you are not an orphan." He looked at me with a few serious eyes.

I noticed his eye-bags.

Suddenly I heard a rustle. "Nico?" Will called out. "I'm in here." I said. Will rubbed his eyes. "Will." they all nodded politely. "You've met them..?" I asked.

"After that weird bat person kidnapped us. He kind of just like left us on the street and this family saw us and offered us a place for the night." He smiled at me.

"Oh...Well yea. I'm Nico.." I said quickly scanning them for weaknesses and strengths.

They were doing the same. Why can't I? 

"Your not an orphan right." Damian asked glaring.

Jason rolled his eyes. "Damian and Tim shouldn't ask such things. But I really do somewhat hope your not as Bruce seems to have a magnet to black haired traumatized children and adopts them. And I do not need any more siblings."

"Of course there's Barbara, Cassie, Duke, Stephanie." He thought for a second.

"Barbara, Stephanie are more honorary children though..." Tim trailed off. 

to me, it seemed this man had an adoptioning addiction. And it might've been worse to add I was a in-deed a orphan. but what about will. He was still here?

"And of course demon is techinally the only bioloigcal child." Tim added.

"Thats true." Jason nodded.

"Demon..?" I asked.

"Its Damians Nickname." A new person entered.

"Im Richard but you can call me Dick" The new person added after a small pause.

"And Im Bruce." A deep but friendly voice said. He smiled softly.

Will and I turned. he seemed familar somehow...But I couldn't quite place it.

We also met Alfred the butler. Who seemed to insinst on calling us "Mister." due to the fact we were guests. it was weird. 

kidnapped, then dumped in an alley, family finds us and then offers to let us stay.
