"What the heck?" Nico mumbled as he walked into the apartment, seeing balloons everywhere.

"Oh, hey, Neeks," Will says, head poking from a small mountain of balloons. Nico opens his mouth, not even sure what he should say. He shakes his head, blinking, "I got some balloons," Will says, smiling. Nico looks at him with a glare, "It's Mia's birthday! But I can't, uh, find her."

"She's a cat, she's terrified of balloons," Nico deadpans, stepping inside and pushing the balloons with his foot, "besides, balloons are kind of terrible for the environment. Can they even be recycled?" He asked.

Will paused, and Nico sighed, shaking his head. He set his bag down and went to look under the couch since that's usually where Mia went. He cooed when he saw her, stretchimg his hand out to her. She meowed loudly, walking out hesitantly and Nico picked her up.

"Look!" Will exclaimed, running over to the fridge, pulling something out and showing it Nico, "I found this cake at pet smart and it's made out of cat food! And look, there's peanut butter on it!" he turned it to show Nico, Mia leaning forward and sniffing it. Nico's brows were furrowed, but he was smiling as he looked back up at Will.

"You are such a dork, Will," He laughed, shaking his head, and Will only smiled.
