(Thirty minutes later)

Garret drove the kids to Sollie's house in his silver RV, where the redhead girl is sweating bullets, same goes for Jenny and Johan who are terrified about what their mothers will say about this.

As they arrive, Sollie peeks out the window, only to be met by Eleanor's glare and Antonio's disapproval look on his face at the front door of their house. She sheepishly goes down and says, "Yep... they're there."

"Duh, of course they are." Jenny whispered. "Let's just get this over with."

Garret gets out of the driving seat and opens the door as he walks out first, where the trio look at each other and nervously follows him as they see Eleanor and Antonio who looks very unpleased in their pyjamas.

"Hey m-mama and papa." Sollie greeted nervously.

"Don't hey us, Solana Celine Gonzalez!" Eleanor told her off in a very pissed tone, which Sollie shriek and hides behind Johan.

"Why me?" Johan asked and baffled.

"Because you can do magic stuff, that's why!" Sollie explained her reason of hiding behind Johan, who just facepalms at her, including Jenny who did the same.

"I'll get straight to the problem, Eleanor since I know you hate being beaten around the bushes." Garret said while looking at the adult redhead, who takes a deep breath and shakes her head.

"Fine, what happened?" Eleanor asked him sternly.

"I-I'm sure it's not that bad." Antonio tried to calm Eleanor down.

"Remember that project Espath mentioned to us ten years ago?" Garret asked her, where her face turned a bit pale as she knew exactly what he's referring to, and her eyes stared up at Garret.

"What?"

"Yep, it's exactly what it is." Garret confirmed it.

Eleanor looks down on the ground, very quiet as Antonio looks at the both of them, and blurts out, "What on Earth is going on here!?"

Eleanor sighed in sadness and looked away in shame, "I... remember how I said I used to be in the military, Antonio?"

"Ah, yes. I remember you and your old pals were in the military, why?" Antonio asked her, where her eyes looked away guiltily.

"Mama?" Sollie asked in curiosity, with Johan and Jenny looking at each other.

"Like Garret here, we're actually Plumbers?" Eleanor confessed, which only puzzled Antonio more.

"Like fixing toilets?" Sollie asked.

"No, not that." Garret groaned, "Plumbers are an intergalactic law enforcement organisation that makes use of high-tech gadgets and weapons to protect the universe from various threats and attacks."

Antonio's eyes widen in shock, and just look at his wife who crosses her arms and looks away in guilt. She glanced at him and mumbled, "I'm sorry for lying. I didn't want to put you two in danger because of my past and besides, I completely retired from that life for good when... that incident happened."

Instead of being angry like Eleanor thought he would, he hugs her and says, "Eh, I knew you were a deeply flawed woman, so I still love you."

Eleanor stayed silent, and before she could say something back, she heard Sollie shouted, "YOU WERE AN INTERGALACTIC POLICE!"

Eleanor looks down and sees her daughter's blue eyes sparkles while shouting repeatedly, "YOU WERE A INTERGALACTIC POLICE! That's so cooooool!"

"Shush!" Eleanor shushed Sollie. "That was a long time ago, Solana. I have retired since that day which I don't want to talk about."

"Yeah. It's very personal." Garret explained to the kids too.

"But-mm!" Sollie's mouth got covered by Jenny.

"Anyways, now what? Can we remove this watch thing?" Jenny asked the adults, who looked at each other.

"Knowing Azmuth and maybe Espath, probably not, so we need to find a way to contact them." Eleanor pointed out.

"One problem; they both cut ties from the outside world, especially Espath who did it after your retirement." Garret explained, "The best idea I got is to take Sollie and keep her safe during the trip in my RV as no doubt, other bad guys will try to target her."

"Not sure how I feel about that." Eleanor doubts and frowns at the idea.

"Okay, so you rather have a bunch of bad guys trying to ransack your home every day because a bunch of them want that alien watch thing." Garret explained to her.

"Love, he was an old friend of yours, right?" Antonio remembered.

"He was, just... you know what? Fine." Eleanor sighed, too tired to argue back, "But since I'm allowing you to take my daughter on some trip to keep her safe. I will demand an update everyday, no excuses. Got it? Miss one day and I will call you on what happened!"

"Yes, I will agree to that." Garret nodded, "And I should take the other kids back to their home."

"Yes, please do." Eleanor nodded. "I'll call them beforehand so that they know what's going on."

"Thank you." Garret nodded as he turned around, "And please tell your kid off for running off at night."

"Oh trust me, we will." Eleanor said while glaring at Sollie, who gulps as Garret walks away with Johan and Jenny.

"Welp, someone's gonna die." Johan teased her before getting on the RV, which Sollie sticks her tongue at him as the two leaves.

Sollie looks up and sees Eleanor glaring after the mess, which she awkwardly smiles.

("I'm so screwed") Sollie thought as Eleanor grabbed her arm and pulled her back home, "Ow ow ow!" While Antonio shakes his head in disappointment with his daughter as he enters too.
