Jolie looked at the first name on her matchlist and smiled, "What is it dear?" I asked, and Jolie looked up, her auburn hair fell down her shoulders in gentle waves, her turquoise eyes sparkled when she looked at me.

"Mom, Ithusrus's name is my top match!" I smiled, "Well you have been best friends since your first year at FoxFire." I was careful to leave the truth out, that they both clearly liked each other, Sophie's case as well.

Sophie bounded down the stairs, "Mom! Keefe wanted to come over is that okay with you?" Her blond hair was tucked in a messy bun that looked intentionally done, she had on a red tunic and gold eyeliner that made her eyes stand out and she wore black pants with plenty of pockets. She was even wearing the smallest hint of red lipstick.

"Hey, sis?" Sophie asked as Jolie kissed her cheek, It made my heart burst to see the two of them acting like they've known each other for their whole life.

"Yeah, Lady Oblivious?" Jolie's eyes sparkled, clearly she had been spending too much time with Ithusrus's nicknames.

"Argh why does everyone say that?" Sophie grabbed a Sweetberry swirl from the platter that was resting in the table. "Well..." Sophie paused for a moment clearly thinking. "Take your time honey." I laughed and Sophie narrowed her eyes.

Finally she gave up, "Well sis I was wondering... what is it like to get your matchlist? And what would I do to get my matchlist?" Jolie slowly set down the piece of Mallowmelt that was halfway to her mouth.

Out of the corner of my eye I saw Grady frozen in the doorway.

Grady:

Two words I had never excepted Sophie to say to my other daughter, "my matchlist."

"Sophie... that boy doesn't have anything to do with this does he?" I said slowly, but anger didn't fill me, I remembered my parents disdain when I chose Edaline, a sister, her family had two children!

I ignored their protests, I love Eda and I would give the world for her, Jolie, and Sophie.
