SOFIA, Evelyn, and Ryan were sitting in the Harrington household, in the living room.

Sofia and Evelyn watched Ryan as he grabbed out multiple vhs tapes, and put them in front of Sofia so she could see them.

"So, which movie do you wanna watch?" Ryan asked Sofia as he hung around Evelyn.

"Hmm, the shining." Sofia picked.

Ryan smiled at her choice while Evelyn groaned. "I hate horror movies, they give me nightmares."

"You get nightmares from almost anything, Ev." Ryan rolled his eyes.

"After everything we've been through, out of all things. Horror films give you nightmares. Cmon." Sofia put her arms in the air in exaggeration.

"I'm just not as brave as you guys, okay." Evelyn reasoned.

"How about this, if you get scared as a matter of fact, if you flinch, I'll turn the movie off. Deal?" Sofia put her hand out.

Evelyn shook her hand. "Deal."

"Alright, let's watch this!" Ryan spoke excitedly as he put the tape in the vhs player.

Sofia woke up the next day to find Ryan gone but found a note that said that he was getting his brother, Dustin from summer camp, and he would "help" me with my new friendship with Robin later.

Sofia sighed and checked that it was only 7 am but went to the bathroom & got ready for the day.

As Sofia was brushing my teeth, she thought about Robin, "She's really pretty." Sofia blushed as the thought as she left the bathroom.

As Sofia was tying my hair up in a ponytail, she heard a voice. "Sofia, come to Dustin's house we are going to surprise him."

"On my way," Sofia replied to El telepathically and ran out the door.

Sofia had successfully made it to Henderson's house and knocked on the door and was greeted by none other than Max.

"Sofie! Come inside." She dragged Sofia into the house and was greeted by the rest of the party minus Dustin.

"You wanna draw on the poster?" Will had asked Sofia as he handed her a marker.

"Oh no thanks, I'm a pretty bad drawer based on what Steve tells me." Sofia chuckled gently as she put the marker down and went to the window and saw a car pull up.

"Guys!" Sofia called out "I think he's coming-" (Bestie never done this before, if you can tell-) El dragged her to the spot they were hiding with a finger to her mouth. Sofia later got the memo and stayed quiet.

They heard the door open and they started to get excited but stayed quiet.

They heard Dustin in his room, talking to his older brother when El tugged on Sofia's arm a little and told her something telepathically "We are going to control his toys." Both girls closed their eyes began to control Dustin's toys.

Mike then told El to stop and El told Sofia well she tugged on her arm. Dustin was now in front of us and the group began to walk up behind him and Max started to count us off, as she handed Ryan a kazoo.

3, 2, 1, they blew their kazoo and Dustin turned around and sprayed something into Lucas's eyes but due to Sofia's quick reflexes she was quick to take it out of his hand.

"Farrah Fawcett Spray? Where did you get this from?" Sofia asked Dustin while his face was red from embarrassment and quickly took the can away from the girl's hand.

Lucas was in the kitchen with Max and Sofia, getting his eyes washed out.

"Ow, ow, ow, ow," Lucas groaned as he got out of the water. "Better?" Max asked. "Still stings," Lucas said while clearing his eyes.

"Is that a new zit?" He asked pointing towards the zit, Max scoffed and as she put him back into the water, screaming.

Sofia added. "What is wrong with you?" and he replied, still screaming "I was just asking."

Later she pulled him back out while we saw Mike, El, Will, Ryan, and Dustin leaving.

"Where are you guys going?" Max asked the group and Will answered with a smile "We're going to talk to Dustin's girlfriend."

"Girlfriend!" They shrieked and followed quickly behind.

Sofia was drenched in sweat when she asked Dustin. "Aren't we high enough?"

She was walking the hill with boxes filled with things she didn't know much about.

"Cerebro works best at a hundred meters," Dustin answered her question. "You know, I'm pretty sure people in Utah have telephones." Max groaned after saying that sentence.

"Max, she might have a telephone, she might not be able to use it that's all." Ryan reasoned to Max.

"Yeah, yeah whatever." Max

Sofia sighed deeply in annoyance when she looked back at Mike and El who weren't holding anything but each other, yeah it was a cute relationship but they can't be together all the time.

Sofia groaned once more before turning back into the conversation when she heard little of Dustin say something with Mormon in it but heard Lucas say "Oh shit, she doesn't have electricity?"

"No, that's Amish," Max exclaimed while Sofia nodded in response.

Sofia asked in confusion "What's Mormons?"

"Super religious white people." Dustin answered Sofia's question before continuing "They have electricity and cars and stuff but since I'm not Mormon, her parents would never approve. It's all a bit-"

"Shakespearan." Sofia and Dustin spoke about the same thing. Dustin looked back at the girl, he smiled.

Dustin added more to the comparision while he smirked at his brother. "It's like Romeo and Juliet."

"I hate you, it was only a play." Ryan muttered.

"A play where you got the girl, that is. Was the kiss unscripted because it looked quite real to me." Sofia leaned her head towards Ryan as she bugged him.

"I will not be answering that." Ryan's face began as red as a tomato.

The group was nearly finishing their walk up the hill.

Mike spok "Hey guys? The group all turned to him and El "This is fun and all but uh-" He tapped his watch.

"I have to go home." El finished for him.

Sofia looked at the young couple in confusion and ignored El's "Good luck" she talked to El telepathically, "Why you lie?" El whispered in Mike's ear and sooner or later Mike and El looked at Sofia, Mike gave her the finger.

Sofia shrugged it off and pushed him down with her mind and gave him a death glare.

"Curfew?" Dustin looked at his watch "At 4, they're lying."

"It's been like this all summer," Will told Sofia and Dustin.

"It's romantic," Max reasoned.

Will was quick to respond "It's gross."

"It's bull shit, I just got home," Dustin said with evidence of sadness in his voice.

Sofia agreed with Will and Dustin before stating her own opinion, "It's stupid, one of their best friends just came back home from summer camp and all they want to do is make out and not spend time with anyone else but each other?"

"Well, It's their loss, Onwards and Upwards!" Dustin reassured the group as they groaned as they continued their walk up the hill, drenched in swear..

Almost all of them were unaware of the youngest Byers's face of confusion and fear.

Sofia saw his face and went up to him & asked "Hey Byers, you good?"

"I'm good," Will replied.

"Oh, well cmon Will!" Sofia said and the two made their way to the rest of the group.

"Pretty Impressive, right?" Dustin asked the group while admiring his invention, Cerebro and was satisfied when he heard them murmured yes.

"Ready to meet my love?" Dustin asked before continuing, not waiting for an answer "Suzie, This is Dustin, Do you copy? Over."

The group sat in silence as they waited for an answer. Dustin held up his finger before speaking. "One sec. She's probably... She's still there." he then continued "Suzie, This is Dustin. Do you copy? Over."

The group was met with silence once more. "I'm sure she's there. It's just... It's around dinner time." Dustin reassured the group.

While continuing with the same phrase for the next two hours, "Suzie, This is Dustin. Do you copy? Over."

Sofia laid in the grass with Ryan, staring at the night sky, pointing out how many stars they can see.

"Look, there's one right there." Ryan pointed to a small star.

"There's literally nothing there Ryan." Sofia squinted her eyes, she still saw nothing.

"Sof, there's literally a star right there, how can you not see it?" Ryan asked.

"Well I just don't have as good eyesight as you, Ryan Henderson." Sofia replied.

"Suzie, This is Dustin. Do you copy? Over" Dustin spoke once more and was met with silence again before trying again.

"Suzie-" "Dustin, come on! She's not there." Max exclaimed cutting Dustin off. "She's there all right? She'll pick up." Dustin went against Max's words.

"Maybe Cerebro doesn't work." Will reasoned. "Or maybe Suzie doesn't exist." Lucas reasoned.

"Woah." Ryan whispered to Sofia in a low voice, who nodded.

"Not cool Sinclair." Sofia pointed a finger at him.

"Totally not cool! She exists," Dustin argued with Lucas's response.

"She's a genius and she's hotter than Phoebe Cates? No girl is that perfect." Lucas exclaimed. Everyone, cringed lightly when he finished.

"Is that so?" Max had asked her boyfriend as she got up. Lucas got up and looked her in the eye while replying.

"I mean...you're perfect. Both of you are." He talked to Sofia and Max in his last sentence before continuing. "I mean, like per- perfect in your own way. In your special, In your own special way. Both of you." Lucas finished, while Max just laughed and Sofia held a smirk.

"Relax, I was just teasing," Max stated before continuing. "Sofia and I are obviously perfect and Dustin's obviously lying."

Avoiding Dustin's hurt glare, Max got up from the grass. "Come on, Don Juan." She offered her hand for Lucas to take which he did and the couple started to walk off.

"Where are you going?" Dustin asked.

Max, replied fairly quickly. "Home."

Will got up, Dustin looked at him. "Um, It's late. Sorry. Maybe tomorrow we can play D&D, Or something fun like we used to. Welcome home, Bye guys." Will waved at the three and started to go home.

"Well, I just it's just us three." Dustin sent a smile to the two teens.

Then suddenly, a hiss began evident from the radio.

"Suzie, Is that you?" Dustin exclaimed, he received no response.

Dustin, Sofia, and Ryan stared at one another with confused glares. for a moment until they heard someone speak on the other end but it wasn't Suzie nor was it in English.

"Is that Russian?" Sofia asked Dustin who just nodded his head and turned the volume up more so they could hear better.
