VOLUME ONE- CHAPTER 3
Chapter Three- Family Tradition
Meanwhile, Mathin went to her house. It was made of tin, bricks and mud as the stand made of bamboos. When she entered her house, she saw her father and mother stood aside each other as between them was a tall but foolish looking man; staring at her.
"Hello" said Mathin sarcastically.
After that Mathin took her father to the kitchen. She looked disturbed.
"Who is that stupid?" asked Mathin.
"He is the last descendant of the Alam Brothers. Didn't you like him?" asked Mathin's father.
"No, father. He is weird" said Mathin.
Mathin's father was an inch shorter than her size. He wears a long Arab-styled loin cloth with a short kurta at the top. His attitude was over-hyper as a perfect comedian. Mathin's mother was more of a comedian when she becomes strict to both Mathin and Mathin's father but taunted by her.
"You should marry him. He's a rich guy" said Mathin's mother.
"No... He's an idiot. I saw him in the garments and was taking the jokes seriously as he was dancing. He is not right for me, father and mother. Look at him, he's retarded" said Mathin.
"Ok, we will reject him" said Mathin's father.
They went into where the man sat down. Mathin's father jumped into the wooden chair as was acting like a chimpanzee as he turned on an old radio kept in Mathin's study table. His loin cloth fell down as his half-pant underwear was seen by the man. He closed his eyes and ran away with a hysteric feeling.
Meanwhile, Limon went to a garage along with Salam and Farid. The garage was their home but once Limon's home was footpath as there was a reason. The garage was made of brick walls, shaded with tins and had lots of instruments tidied but the walls were painted with graffiti by the nicknames of themselves such as:
Pagla (Mad)(Salam), Chagol (Idiot) (Farid), Battery (Limon)
"Shall we dine?" asked Limon.
"Sure" said Salam and Farid.
Limon was the boss of the family as Salam thought of himself as a boss. After supper, all three were sleeping on the garage floor. Suddenly, Salam made a stinky sound as Farid became disturbed while Salam snored.
"He snores every day! Farts every day! Overweight idiot" muttered Farid.
As Limon was a swift sleeper, he was never annoyed on anyone's snores or sounds nor does he smell farts, until dawn six o clock. Both Limon and Mathin had their own terrible pasts as much of the nightmare comes in much of Limon's past. Yet, he was not a 'real' thief but the society made him a thief. His past was so important to him that he had to live with the nightmares. Maybe not longer...May be his life change...Hope, he may overcome his fears.
Anyways, Limon woke up after watching the nightmares. He huffed fast as possible.
"What happened Limon? Anything all right?" asked Farid who woke up because of the sound of Limon's huff.
"What is the time?" asked Limon.
When Farid looked at his cell phone that had a clock, he replied "it's six o clock at dawn".
Then they prepared the garage neatly even there was mud on the floor. Salam went to a rich man's bungalow. When the rich people were discussing about the properties, suddenly they heard a sound. They saw the car that a wheel was missing.
"WHAT THE HELL IS HAPPENING?!!!!" shouted the rich man in anger.
Meanwhile, in the factory Mathin was working with the tailoring machine. Mohona was calling her male friends by phone even without noticing that the balance in her phone had been decreased. After the call, Mathin slapped Mohona's head.
"Hey!" shouted the immature Mohona.
"Shut up and do your work!" whispered Mathin.
