Chapter Eleven- Evidence of Ghani

As Mathin saw a woman sitting in her bed, she got shocked.

"You are the madcap's wife, right?" asked Mathin.

"Yes, I am. He's marrying twice and had beaten me harshly in front of the whole people. Thank God! Ataur saved me from this hell. My real name is Lamiya Latiba" said the woman.

"What about the second wife of his?" asked Mathin.

"She is just a 25 year old byronically in love with her 13 year old student. Another madcap school teacher, hope the pair will be fit into picture" said Lamiya (the woman).

Limon's presence interrupted the ladies' gossips. When Mathin looked at Limon, opening her mouth wide, but she stopped while he started to speak.

"Mathin, are you ready for tomorrow? This lady will stay here as soon as we cannot give the evidence to the RAB" said Limon.

"I am ready. But what about her kids?" asked Mathin.

"Her kids? No, she did not have kids" said Limon.

Mathin's voice calmed down. As soon as they dine, she went to her bedroom. When she laid down in her bed, she imagined Limon was sitting in front of her presence. Then she slept.

Next morning, six o clocks- Mathin and Mohona went to the RAB station. They have waited for the major more than an hour. When he came, the constable took them into the major's cabin.

"Come in" said the major.

They came.

"Sit down" said the major.

They sat.

"What complaint you are trying to offer me, madam?" sneer the major.

"D.M. Ghani, sir. We want to lodge a complaint against him. He harasses women from the garment factory. He also stole our designs that we actually made. That is the simple. He also raped and killed a woman in our factory. This case must be lodged" said Mathin.

"What is the proof?" asked the major.

She showed the photographs to the major. He got shocked so much that he called lot of his constables and inspectors to find him.

Meanwhile, D.M. Ghani was sitting in the house watching television. When he heard a knock on the door, he got scared. He was about to hide but interrupted by his wife.

"Where are you going?" asked the wife.

"The media. Tell them I am not at home" whispered Ghani.

He hid in the wardrobe.

When his wife opened the door, the RAB directly started to search Ghani.

"Where is Ghani?" asked the commander.

"He's in the wardrobe" said Ghani's wife.

The major commanded the constables to open the wardrobe. As they opened the wardrobe, the major saw Ghani who got scared. Then he grabbed Ghani to the interrogation room. He opened Ghani's clothes except his underwear.

"What did you do with these twenty women?" asked the major.

"Nothing, sir" said Ghani who was scared to death. As he was beaten with a rod, he went silent.

"You are the subject of harassment, Mr. Ghani" said the major.

After the interrogation, he was into prison. The court sentenced him for 7 months in prison. The reactions were mixed. For a time, Farid and Salam were released from prison.

Few days after the case, Mathin and Mohona were still working in the factory because it is run by an honest director of the factory- Tahmeed Ashraf. He was a son of a poor family. When he was adopted by a rich woman, he was educated abroad in MBA. After he finished it, he had a dream to run a factory that can transform into good business. Due to the arrest of the previous director, he got the license. His story was discussed everywhere in the garments.

Meanwhile, Limon was reminiscent of his past memories with Salam and Farid. Everyone except few knew that Limon was alive. Therefore, he was thinking about the idea of social working.
