Chapter 14 - Car Trip!

We all walked outside carrying our suitcases. The sun wasn't up quite yet but the sky was getting brighter every minute. It was frigid outside, but not enough that you would have to grab a jacket. Everyone was silent except for Aphmau who was explaining who is going to go in what car.

"Okay, so car one is going to be the girls' car while car 2 is going to be the boys' car alright? It's going to be a tight fit for the boys but you'll get through it." We split up into the two groups, me going into the boys' group of course and Aaron going into the girls' group. Aphmau looked behind her shoulder and gave me a sympathetic smile before mouthing me a 'sorry' and walking off into her group.

I strode over to my group, thankfully I wasn't noticed yet. "Aww man!" Travis complained, "I can't see any ladies while we're in the car? That's a total rip off!"

"No ladies," I scoffed, "Really Travis? That's all you care about?"

"(Y/N)?" Zane turned to look at me, confused to why I was over in their group, "Why are you over here?"

I looked at him and furrowed my eyebrows, trying to look puzzled, "You didn't know I was a guy?"

Everyone became deathly silent and Zane's eyes widened. You could tell that he was clearly freaking out. "GAH! What! You're a guy?!"

I laughed at his reaction, "I'm just joking! Something accidentally went wrong when Aphmau made plans for the cars."

Zane let out a sigh of relief, "So that all it is..."

Travis yelled, "Thank god! I thought I wouldn't have a chance with you-"

"You don't," I cut him off, "You have a 0% chance with me."

"But-"

"No chance Travis. You shouldn't even try."

He hung his head low, disappointed that I turned him down. But suddenly he lifted his head, his confidence shooting into the sky, "You'll see (Y/N)! You'll fall in love with me faster than you know it!"

"You wish, Snow White," I laughed, still enjoying the nickname I have him.

"S-Shut up!" He said cheeks red from embarrassment. Everyone around us was laughing and giggling.

"Snow White! What a hilarious name!" Garroth spoke, trying to hold back his tears from laughing so much.

I was placed in the back of the car between Zane and Travis. In the middle of the car, Reese was stuffed in between Garroth and Laurence. I groaned, annoyed about the seating placements. "Can one of you please change places with me? I don't want to be placed next to Snow White." I did my best puppy eyes and stuck out my bottom lip, begging one of them to switch with me.

"Sorry (Y/N)," Reese spoke, looking at me with a sympathetic expression, "I would but I can barely move."

"Same," Everyone else joined in.

"Great," I mumbled, "Now I have to be sat next to the biggest flirt on earth."

Travis let out a deep chuckle, "Now I can be sat next to one of the cutest woman on earth!"

I shot him a dark glare that told him that I was not interested in what he was thinking. Maybe I was wrong, this is probably worse than being with all my brothers in a car. My brothers weren't a big flirt like Snow White, they were playful and always joking around with one another.

When the car finally started moving, Reese decided to ask a question, "So, um, (Y/N) it was pretty weird that my mail got switched and put into Kawaii-Chan's mail, that's never happened before. Are you sure the mailman messed up?"

I froze, thinking of an excuse so that I wouldn't have spoil anything like Kawaii-Chan loving him or being over-obsessed. I just laughed it off, "Yeah, I guess the mailman just had one of those days, you know?"

"Really?" He turned his head around to look at me, "I asked the mailman the next day and he said he was positive he put my mail in my mailbox, not Kawaii-Chan's on accident."

'Oh goodness... why does he have to ask so many questions!' I shrugged, "You saw me, it was there when I opened the mailbox."

"Yeah, I'm probably thinking too much," Reese laughed, turning back around.

Zane crossed his arms, "It was rude how you shut the door on my face that day too."

I turned to look at him, "We already had this argument, I don't want to have it again." Zane just huffed and turned his head away from me to look out the window. I laughed, poking his arms that were still crossed, "You remind me of a kid."

Zane just ignored me after that, not listening to what I said.

"Let's play truth or dare!" Garroth blurted out randomly. We were already halfway to our destination and all of us were just laying around, playing on our phones.

Everyone else agreed to play truth or dare surprisingly. I thought they would rather lay around and stare out the window. I sighed, also agreeing to play even though I didn't really want to.

Garroth decided since he suggested it, he would pick someone first. "Travis, truth or dare?" Garroth asked, laughing darkly.

"U-Um... dare!" Travis replied, looking confident in his decision.

"I dare you to eat a whole can of tuna once we get to the camp!" Garroth challenged, smiling from his victory.

Travis groaned, displeased that he had to eat tuna. "I guess it's my turn," He started. 'Oh god no do not choose me. He's probably going to choose me because I'm the only girl in here.' "(Y/N), truth or dare?"

'I knew it.' "Truth," I blurted out.

"Dang it," he said under his breath before continuing, "Do you have a crush?"

'A crush? I haven't really thought about liking anyone really.' I closed my eyes and thought of a crush I may have, just thinking about the word crush and everyone I knew. Zane's face immediately popped into my mind, making me blush. "U-Um..." I stuttered. 'He didn't ask who was my crush, he just asked if I had one.' "Yes."

Travis' eyes widened, surprised by what I just said. "Who is it!?" He screamed, leaning closer to me.

I leaned a bit towards Zane and pushed Travis back, "You asked if I had one, you didn't ask who it was." Travis lowered his head, deciding not to argue. "Okay, so it's my turn now. Hm..." 'Who should I pick? Should I ask if Zane has a crush (Considering if he picks truth)? No, they might find out that I like Zane if I do that. Wait, I have to perfect one.' "Garroth, truth or dare?"

"Dare!"

I smirked, "Show me a picture of Zane as a baby on your phone."

Garroth laughed, "Okay, I have plenty of those."

"What!" Zane exploded, "Since when!?"

"I don't know, I've had them on my phone for quite a while now," Garroth tried to hold his tears laughter back. I leaned over the seat to see Zane's adorable baby picture.

I burst out laughing, "You look so adorable Zane!"

"Let me see! Let me see!" Travis exclaimed as he leaned over the chair as well, "Aww! Look at Zane and his pacifier!"

"Do you want to see another one of him a bit older?" Garroth asked, chuckling evilly.

"Yes!" I smiled.

"WHAT! She only asked to see one picture, not two!" Zane whined.

"Here," Garroth said, moving the phone towards me.

"Aww!" I cooed, "Zane looked so cute in that dress!"

"Sh-Shut up!" Zane screamed and he grabbed my waist and pulled me back down into my seat. Since my cheeks were red from laughing so much, it was easy to hide the blush that appeared on my cheeks when Zane pulled me back.

I looked at him, "I wanted to see more of your baby photos!"

"Really? Why don't you show me your baby photos then!" He argues back.

"I don't have any baby photos," I told him.

"Why not? Everyone has baby photos!"

"Not everyone. Here," I handed him my phone, "You can look through all the photos. None of them are baby photos."

"Nevermind," He growled, "You were probably ugly as a baby anyways."

"Was not!" I screamed, offended at what he said. Zane laughed, making me blush even more.

"We're here!" The driver said, pulling into an empty car space.

"Finally, that means I don't have to be sat next to Snow White anymore."

"What's wrong with being next to me?!"

I looked at him and smiled, "Oh nothing, don't worry about it."
