Grant and I sat on the couch, looking at our phones with Bella sat between us. He moved closer so our shoulders were touching, I looked up to him, 'grant get any closer and you'll be sat on me!' He looked at me and smirked  'you'd like that wouldn't you?' 'Eww no, boys have cooties' he looked like he wanted to burst from laughter 'admit it Gustin, you have cooties' 'I don't have cooties, girls have cooties' 'you are a girl' 'hey, I am a very sensitive woman' I burst out laughing, I couldn't hold it in, when I straightened out I realised that we had gotten impossibly  close, so close that I could feel his chest rise with every intake of breath, I looked up at him, he was staring into my eyes. I tried to break eye contact but I just couldn't bring myself to it.
Finally we were interrupted by the clearing of someone's throat, I looked up and saw Seth standing there, 'hey Seth, who would you say won that staring competition' he looked between us 'it looked like you were going to kiss' I looked at Seth, no doubt that he knew what I was going to say, 'eww Seth, like I told you boys have cooties' he shook his head and said 'how old are you? 5!' 'That would make you 5 too!' Grant cleared his throats to stop our bickering, 'Seth where you going?' 'We're going to go help Arielle sort out her apartment'

By 9:00 we had my apartment ready, and my dog moved in, and settled. Seth had left, leaving grant and I in my new house.
Once again we were sat on my couch, justs staring at our phones. I looked up at grant, 'thanks grant' he looked confused 'for?' 'Helping me move in, letting me sleep at yours, for being a good friend' 'we're not good friends' a pain struck my heart, 'what?' 'We're, best friends duh' 'true!' We sat in silence for a few seconds until he said, 'sleepover?' I looked up in confusion and replied 'Who's house?' 'Yours' 'what about jett, Nora and rookie?' 'We can go get them and introduce them to Bella?!'
After a while grant and Arielle had settled into her apartment with all of the dogs,
'Hey grant, where are you sleeping?'
'Couch?'
'You can sleep in my bed if you want'
'Where would you sleep?'
'In there with you, it's big enough!'
