WANITCHAYA SUWANNARAT WAS MEANT TO BE A STAR. No one could deny it—not even the gods themselves. Yet, from the moment she entered this world, the gods made it clear: they were not on her side. They had marked her for suffering and made her life a  pawn in their cruel game to be played.

Why? You might be asking.

Because it was fun! They enjoyed watching her, a mere and pathetic girl, being screamed at by a witch for something as simple as spilling a few drops of water. They giggled at the sight of an 8-year-old girl chasing after a taxi, tears streaming down her face as she pleaded with her father and younger sister not to leave her behind in the house of terror.

But this was, of course, not the fault of an eight-year-old. She was just a child, one who wanted nothing more than a normal, happy life. No, the blame lay with the clouds. The day she was born, not one cloud dared to stain the clear blue sky. Not a single one to shield her, to protect her from the gods' wrath. How shameful that was. How useless they were. Perhaps, if the clouds had been braver, they might have shielded her from the gods' torment.

It was when she turned fifteen that everything changed.

Somehow—against all odds—the fragile girl found the courage to stand up to the witch. She fought back, refusing to accept the miserable fate that had been laid out for her. No longer would she endure the life the gods and the witch had intended for her. Wanitchaya knew deep within her that she was destined for more. She was meant to be a star. Her soul craved this life, it had to be true.

The gods, however, could not accept this. They sent bad luck her way, threw obstacles in her path, and made even the stars in the sky mock her very existence. But no matter how much they tried to break her, Wanitchaya never faltered. In fact, each blow only fed the desire inside her. It burned stronger than ever before. The gods couldn't understand it—they couldn't extinguish it. That fire grew so intense, so fierce, that it shattered the gods themselves.

Wantichaya's violent desire had slaughtered the gods to complete oblivious.

However, as for the layout itself, it's a pretty generic structure so I really don't care.

𝐈𝐈𝐈. Caiti's Note / So...a small layout revamp for Saorsa. I wanted to make the layout more her and I think this one does the job. I'm going to be honest, the moon with the face PNG creeps me out 😭😭 not sure why I chose it, but I did so, here we are. Anyway, I think I might use a storyline layout with this book because Winnie is such a complicated character and the generic OC layout probably won't do the trick. We shall see, though.
