My eyes fly open and I sit up straight bringing my hand to my mouth fits of coughing racking my body. when I pull my hand away there's blood on my hand. I feel the sticky substance leak out of the corners of my mouth. I bend over and cough my blood splattering the thin grey bedspread. "mags?" Chris says climbing out of his bunk and standing upright so he can see me on the top bunk. the blood just keeps comeing. chris's eyes go wide and he hops up onto my bed the springs protesting at the wait." I'm fine!" I cough out pushing him away. he keeps moving closer "get away from me!" I yell at him struggling to leap off the bed. I run into the showers and curl up in the corner. "your just making this harder for yourself magnolia"  the voice hisses in my brain." no" I choke out "I won't hurt anyone else!" that's when the screams start. I bury my head in my hands "It looks like you already have"  the voice laughs happily. I look down at my arm the three bands growing more prominent the red one death even glowing slightly. the third line has almost disappeared. Love has almost disappeared I think in horror. jordans face flashes across my mind involuntarily. "I'll never finish falling in love with you Greenberry"  his voice plays on repeat in my brain like a broken record.

kit walks in tears staining her face "what did you do?!" she growls walking over to me and taking out a small knife."WHAT DID YOU DO!" she yells this time. I shake my head "I don't know" she places the blade on my throat drawing a clean line of blood where the blade touches my skin. "put the blade down kitsune" I hear Chris from the door. "she gone!" kit yells at Chris "Nadia isn't here and I don't know where she is!" "did you kill her like you did Talia and Natalie?" I shake my head "no no I didn't kill anyone else wait Natalie?" "there's a dead girl in the room" kit nods towards the sleeping chamber "and my best friend in this hellhole is gone" the blade presses deeper "tell me where she is!" "kitsune drop the blade," Chris says in a warning tone. kitsune glances back at her match. loosening her grip on the blade slightly "why should I listen to you?" she spits the words like daggers.chris doesn't flinch. "because you love me? and what good would it do to kill her? what we should be doing is trying to find a cure for her" kit's face has gone pale "I don't love you" she says the swings the knife off my throat and into her hair. I let out a breath I didn't know I was holding." a new girl should be comeing today the only way to escape is when the bring her in we have one shot...and if we get out we are finding Nadia" she stands up "and I'm in charge" she says and walks away. Chris rushes over to me "are you ok?" he says checking my neck for serious injury. "go to her..." I cough into my sleeve "she needs you more" "I don't want to leave you choking on your own blood" I look him in his dark blue eyes "go to her Christopher" I feel the burning in the back of my thought from all the coughing and the pain on my neck where kit's blade broke my skin." just leave me Chris" he looks at me sadly then "fine" he says pushing himself up and walking after kit. I close my eyes picture all the happy faces of my friends Chris Alice Friday Lilian clarity jorden and sort of bran. we used to be 8 and now we're spread out all over Chris and me in alzar or wherever we are.clairty in the human world. jorden and Lilian are dead and Friday and bran are who knows where. my hands start to shake slightly. "what am I supposed to do?" I whisper into my hands.

Chris and I are stationed beside the doors.when they open it was almost to easy to slip out kitsune trailing behind us.it's like they wanted us to get out. we are running down a long dimly lit corridor lit with a shining pale white stone along the walls. Chris has to pretty much drag me with him. my head is pounding as if needles were being shoved into my brain.we stop at the first door and kit flings it to open it seems like a sort of cell. the inmate is a fairy with large brown wings speckled here and there with black and white. golden hair matted with dirt and blood. "here to brag again are we?" a familiar voice says full of hatred."j-jorden?!" I say my whole body shaking. he turns his green eyes alight with hope. "magnolia!?" he jumps up and runs over. Chris lets me go and I fall to the floor "if this is some kind of sick joke end it!" I yell to the voice in my head.  jorden drops to the ground beside me pulling me into him and stroking my hair "it's not a joke maggie I'm here" I rest my head on his shoulder "but your dead" I sob breathing him in. he nods "I was dead" "then how?" the tears are rolling down my cheeks freely now. "I don't know one minute it was blackness and then I was back in my body" I pull out of his embrace and kiss him. when I pull back "I love you so much jorden fey!" I hug him again." not that I want to ruin this moment but we'd better get out of here" for the first time I look up at the others Chris's face is a mask of shock. "ok" I sigh and Chris helps pull me up while never taking his eyes off jorden. "tell me something only jorden would know," he says skeptically "your in love with my baby sister," jorden says easily. "it is you" Chris smiles and pulls him into a hug "I didn't think I'd have to lose you for another 30 years at least"  "I've missed you Chris" jorden's eyes didn't seem to have there normal spark of life and happiness in them. "what have they done to you?" Chris asks suddenly his eyes travelling to jordans exposed arm.the lines. I stare in horror at the three lines on jorden's arms that match mine perfectly. she had him too.

ok so I know I know jordens back I'm weak but I needed a little pick me up (author version)Ii missed jorden and he's one of the only things in my life i have control over i'm also not haveing a great day I just felt sad today (might be beacause I keep listening to harry styles singing falling but yeah)
